The high ground clearance & the short wheelbase makes it look like what !?
Hate to say this: Background music is too loud, no energy in the presentation of the speaker, just monotonous. A review like this for a car like Kwid is a dampener.
Amazing car. The 300 lt boot space is really good, making it utilitarian. The touchscreen media nav, bluetooth and the light on the kerb weight thing makes it more fuel efficient. Game changer for Renault.
Does it have power windows for backseats as well?
how are the shokers of kwid are they exceptionally well like duster or average like alto
how is the performanc, mileage and sound issue. is it good to drive in hilly areas with 5 people??

Car is OK for Indian roads, only problem is that the engine should have more power than 3 cylinders rest design all good.
way better than the alto. powerful, higher ground clearance, good looking and fuel efficient. winner.

The Renault Kwid price in India starts at INR 2.57 lakh and goes up to INR 3.53 lakh, ex-showroom, New Delhi.

Maruti stingray Vxi (o) is 4,50000 ( with discount if applicable at the time of booking) ex showroom, with packed of features and practicality. But look of kwid is great which really does matter for many.
which bumps to almost 480000 on road price..
so m sure renault wud price it really competitive

trippinghard Yes it is wagon r. But not shitty, there are people who say swift looks like a Frog, a balloon on road etc etc. but I love the looks of swift, look depends on Individuals... Even my self i said wagon is just a box, but things changed when i had a close look and sat inside and had a test drive. Now this Box looks like a Mini SUV to me, It may be funny to many but what i say is true.:)

Looks good compared to Alto well built.
The engine bay in a MARUTI 800 looks far better than in kwid
only one glass wipers are not at all a wise choice for un predicted indian roads

Not suited for 6 footers and above.Low on rear head and leg room. Ingress and egress a pain
did test drive, lots of noise inside.....and it is harsh! and at least 4 months to deliver!!!

+Abhishek Roy No, it doesn't come with infotainment system on base model and to answer further, you shall get touch screen infotainment only on the top variant. The middle variant(s) may get simple infotainment system with maybe USB and rare chance of Bluetooth connectivity.

Wrong Information.... Kwid is 25KMPL and Alto K10 is 27 KMPL (ARAI), so Alto K10 becomes the best hatch back fuel economy car. Please correct your information.

+Ankur Goyal Sorry to have missed that. The Kwid gets a driver airbag but that is also optional and only offered on the top end variant. ABS has also been given a miss.

Look at the empty space in the Engine Bay! Crumple zones are left open and this is how they are going to fail in Euro NCAP Crash Test easily. Whereas Basic Model at Rs. 2.57 Lakhs doesn't have AC and Power steering. Any illiterate would only buy this car. Another trash can to fill up already crowded Indian roads. Swachh Bharat pls!
