Thank you bro plan on adding the k tune and maybe add a turbo one day. I plan to engine swap in 5+ years with a k20 so I want to have fun with the old engine till it goes out
wouldnt you get bored after a while? I would honestly trade this car for something better because you cant get much out of it unless engine swapping (which takes so much effort and money) its better to just get a better car
Just wanted to ask when you maid that video installing k tuner was that your only mod on that car and if it was did it make a difference just with that not having any other mod like CIA or catted down pipe etc ?
hey man , was wondering if u recommend ktuning your honda for daily driver , and long road trips. i want to do that to my si but scared that my engine or motor or anything else will f up
There’s base maps that you can use until you can get your car professionally tuned I’ve done plenty of pulls and messed around / abused the car more than I should’ve. I do recommend it on your daily as this is my daily as well just have to make sure you do basic maintenance so you don’t spin a bearing or anything but that’s just part of the game in general
These 1.5 si’s are pretty reliable, I had a 2019 1.5 turbo cvt, tuned it with a 25 psi map & the car is still running great, bought a 2020 si, tuned it with tps 1 after 5k miles, installed intake, down pipe, & the car runs perfectly after 2 years
Can someone please hit me up with a tune or help me out I got a 2021 civic sport k20c2 with a CVT I have a ktuner v1.2 but I can’t get the pops or anything most that worked is maybe the throttle responsiveness n lowering the vtec any recommendations
Great vid just started on my 2017 ex... this was really helpful
Glad to hear it 👏

I have the 2020 Sport with a 6 speed manual. Should I keep it stock until the warranty is up.
Yes, you should
And I should too
But I’m about to void it cause I wanna have fun
But I’d still advise you wait, but I’m not gonna wait 😂
@@aster_laevis I have resisted so far.
@@ericdolby1622 good on you brother, I just voided it yesterday lol
wish me luck
Did you do it? I have the same one,and want to do this myself.
@@liamramos1750 nope. It's bone stock still.
Yo what u do to the exhaust? Muffler delete or resonator delete
Fantastic video boss 😎 can’t wait to get my Kia K5 and mod it up
You planning on getting the GT?? Seems like every model comes turbo'd just the GT has a 2.5L instead of the 1.6L
@@AaronStrong yes the GT version but I gotta see it my self tho 😂
Yeeee 💯
Just popped a ktuner on my 2015 si n i smacked a porshce cayman base model

Almost FBO. TSP 1. It's my daily. And, make long trips. No issues here.
Following along, I have an ex-t. Thinking about buying a ktune
Definitely Worth

I heard you need a like a Microsoft computer to do this but can you do it with a MacBook ?
you will need a virtual machine to run windows on the macbook but will work, i use parallels
I have trouble rev my car on p and n past 4k and during driving hbu?
How much psi can the stock CVT handle?
CVT can’t handle much at all and the engine also hold you back pretty bad
People say 250whp, but I've seen people with the 1.5T cvt push 350whp
How much WHP YOU GOT WITH THE KTUNER? IM ABOUT TO DO THAT. BLESSING
5-10 maybe even less like 2 depending on other mods
Does this work on a 2018 Honda civic lx coupe 2.0 Vtec non turbo 2018
Yeeee
@@AaronStrong thanks bro
Good video
Thanks bro 💯
Good info thanks

I’ve got a stock 2019 Sport 6MT. Does this wake it up a little bit at least?
You’ll have some fun even on a base map imo 😭 you can push more cause you’re manual I’m jealous
Oh yeah it does!
@@antonmo6624ive got a 2017 sport 6MT, what tune did you use? Im getting ktuner soon
Are you catless?
No I still have stock cat and stock exhaust (just muffler and res delete)
I have a intake plus I gutted my cat and did a muffler delete, but I'm still stock, should I tune or it's not necessary
If you wanted to achieve peak performance of your engine I’d say yes
