Stripping and waxing vct tile without floor machine| Drop and Pick |

Property Manager wanted us to add a shine to the vct tile . We just did the drop and pick method without using a floor machine as per his request .

good content. I am new to tile stripping and waxing. You only do tile stripping when old wax is on the floor already? What if there's no wax on the floor you still do it?

Hey Shevaughn Thank you and thanks for watching . We also strip new tile as well . New vct usually has a coating on it but mostly it’s stripped off ( not as in depth as removing old wax ) but usually a light strip should do then apply 4-6 coats of new wax on .

​@@thesteammaster2737 best way is use 3M SPP and either water or neutral cleaner no stripper needed saves time and money. Also for deep scrub try Medama with SPP pad. Removes up to 3 or 4 coats..😊😊
