Hey! Sorry I just now seen your question. Everything was perfect until last week. The little giant water heater started leaking. I have to shut it down end of this week to be repaired. But other than that I love it. Makes things so much fast and easier.
@@Metalhead0426 Our little giant did the same thing. Blew a hole in the coil. We were going to have it repaired but ended up upgrading to the 3ht with higher rated psi. Love the video by the way sir.

Just installed this type of flooring in my kitchen…do I need to strip it and wax it right now after installing? If so which home products should I use? Thanks so much!
Yes. Give it time for the glue to cure. Probably 3 to 4 days depending on humidity. Its doesn't matter what stripper you use just so its for removing acrylic wax. I would probably go with a low maintenance acrylic wax. I like spartan brand but that's what I can buy locally. Try to find a good quality wax (16% plus solids) then Lowes or home depot wax as a last resort.

How do you quote these cleans if you don’t mind me asking? I have an office I am going to do this with but it’s my first time and I’m clueless on pricing 😭
I charge by the square footage. The price per square footage depends on your area. For instance, in the south where I am located prices are around .75 per sf but in California it could be as high as $2 per sf.
Thank you! I use cold water only. Hot water doesn't have any affect. Actually I heard that mixing with hot can reduce the effectiveness of the stripper.
.60 per square feet is what I charge so this job was around $2700. 3 of us stripped it because I was busy at the time and needed to knock it out fast. 2 of us waxed it the next day. This job could have easily been done in one day.
@@funwithgod6212 some times the stripper may not emulsify all of the wax. If it don't you can tell by how slippery the floor still is and also you can see the left over wax in the light

Very good tutorial friend. I used to own a janitorial company and I’m thinking about getting back into it after 20 years. Brings back memories
Love y'alls technique. Looks amazing! Thanks for the video. Now, I feel comfortable with trying on my own.
Thanks for watching! Good luck!

Thanks for the video Nathan! Hows the truck mount been? any issues? how you liking it now that is been more than 6 months?

do you use clean stripper or do u dilute the stripper with water?
Stripper must be diluted with cold water as directed.
Hello hi can u please tell me what tool is that u are using for the waxing and if so can I purchase that on Amazon
I’m sorry u answered my question u said doodle bug 🤣🤣🤣🤣 thank you I’m going to order it 🤗🤗

How many gallons of product did it take to do that room?
You can figure one gallon of diluted stripper (1 to 5) to 500 sf then one gallon of wax to 500sf ( that's covering 4 coats)
do you buff it after laying the wax?

how long do you have to wait between each coat?
I normally have to wait 25 to 30 mins then about an hour after the last coat before I walk on it.

Hello around how many square feet is this and what liquid do you recommend??
This was about 5k sf. I use only spartan brand products.
Thank you for replying back and also after you do the strip and wax what do you recommend to do monthly to keep up with the floor ?
@Nicole Estrada no problem! just sweep and mop with neutral cleaner then burnish with a high speed buffer.
Around how much should a 2000 sq feet floor being burnish and buffed be ?

What nuetralizer did you use?
Just plain water.

What kinda floor buffer is that ?
Mine is a Karcher
What type of flat microfiber?does it matter
Any microfiber pad will do. I got these from my local Janitorial supplier.

Personally I’d have rolled the piano into the other room
You run the risk of damaging the tile with those old metal wheels. Or even worse damaging the piano.
then you'd have to hire someone to tune it.
Y’all need splash guards
Water to neutralize. Why do they say to buy a neutralizer? I rather just use water too.
Ive always used water and it works great. I guess a neutralizer could help lower the PH but its not necessary IMO.
Thank you for mentionimg it we too use doodle bugs lol
On and on omg 😲
Hard to strip
I guess it could be if you put down many coats. I usually do 3 coats and never had any trouble.
