Made no sense right?? Poorly adjusted so i bought an additional part not to mention he would've had to adjust it anyways to fit this part as the exhaust was rubbing before the install. I swear do people think viewers are mindless.
Ahh yess where did he say performance? At the end he says his supra “looks” better. Being that the whole purpose was to cover the melted are, but I might be wrong and assuming
@@PhilipOII247how is that being a hater? The exhaust is mounted too high and the adhesive won't handle the heat, better to secure it physically with rivets or something else of your choice.
Yes indeed and its not even a Supra i call it a BMW because it has a BMW engine and other BMW parts 😂😂😂 only the shell and some other parts are supra 💀
This happened to a GR Yaris we had in work. Someone straight piped it and it didnt look like it touched but after having it out for a video shoot we noticed the smell of burning plastic. The car only had 100 miles on it too.
The Supra can’t be compared to the Z4, Toyota made like 170 individual changes to the engine to suit the Supra better, and they only went with BMW because they make the best modern I-6 turbo engines. If Toyota developed their own engine, then the a90 Supra would be $80k-$90k
If it were a real functional diffuser you could put the exhaust inside the diffuser to increase the flow and it could make a big difference in downforce sonce the amount of air going out the exhaust (in liters) per second is engine litres x rpm /120 It's higher than many people may think
It's not even that, it's a person with common sense who sees the exhaust tip pressed against the bumper and puts the two together coulda predicted the bumper was gonna melt and be deformed from the force of the exhaust tip pushing below it
Hi guys, I’m an idiot and pretended not to notice that my exhaust was severely rubbing my crappy bumper. But don’t worry, I have these awesome pieces of fake carbon fiber that you stick on with tape to solve the problem. The aftermarket world really takes care of idiots like me. This guy is a tool.
Do you know what is one of most useful things about carbon? It burns quite easily. That is why they put isolation on vulnerable parts of Mclaren F1 and some even were covered with gold to reflect the heat.
This was clearly done on purpose so he had a reason to advertise the part he’s getting paid to push on his channel. Clearly he knew it was going to burn his bumper, but if he didn’t let the bumper burn it wouldn’t support his advertisement.
If you noticed it rubbing why didn't you fix it right away?
lmao i was going to comment this
He wanted an excuse to make this video
He fixed it carbon fiber exhaust cards

Our muffler fell off during a race last year and totally burnt our bumper, looks awesome now

It's just to protect the bumper, ain't no one said it's for performance. Stop getting high off your ego
If that tip was touching your bumper, the tip is just going to rub through the carbon fiber too. It's only a game of eventually.
I think he cut his bumper to put the exhaust guard, just my guess.
He fixed it later. The short is made to shill this product.
i like how he fixed the problem by buying a new part and possibly cutting on his car instead of changing the orientation of the exhaust
Bruh, put some rivets in that thing. Wont just look good, it will keep it from falling off
Rivets look like shit. But so does this "mod"
@@aktionp20if you space them good could look good
He forsure cut the bumper to fit that carbon piece. He would’ve never been able to fit it without cutting.

Honestly the burned bit kinda looks badass imo.
No it just looks like he put the exhaust on wrong 😂
The two exhaust looks always way better I don’t understand this oversized washing tumbler thing they love to install on cars like this.

Kudos brother. God bless you.
I did the same thing but burned my bumper with a torch when burning my tip. I did the cf bumper shield to cover my mistake.
I think he means his BMW Z4
