I have a silver 04 Roadster Touring edition 6 spd manual. I'm getting ready to store it for the winter. I love my Z! It is mostly stock with some nice upgrades. New exhaust, radio, aluminum valve covers. back up camera, All gaskets in the top half of the engine were changed when the valve covers were done. There are a few other mods that I am not remembering right now. All my car needs is a paint job to be practically perfect. Right now it has 90,000 original miles on it. I originally planned on using this as my daily, but it's too nice a car to drive in the snow. 4:28
@@PhilipTamorria I just purchased the car in the spring. Drove from Michigan to southwestern Ohio in a rental car in late March. Drove home in the Z! This was my first time ever owning a convertible! Oh, I'm 70...
It is so absurd to think that this car is over 20 years old. It aged so well, I am about to buy a red 04 with 28k miles. Wish it was a track edition though, I will likely buy those wheels and the brembos for an OEM+ build as well. Enjoy that beauty!
Thanks man! Honestly the Track Edition isn’t that much of a difference other than the wheels and brakes…sounds like you’ve found a great car and that’s what matters! Enjoy!
I'm taking out a loan for one, a fairlady import haha... comes with roadside warranty and will be my first car, mum will kill me but I'm making my own money now 🎉🎉 no one learns their lessons by hearing it from others, it's all about experiencing them yourself 😂 will turn it into a track car when the repayments are done and get something more fuel economical
As a fellow owner of a 2003 Redline Track Edition 350z with leather, bone stock @52K miles, I prefer the amber markers. It's already low enough, but just my opinion. I do like the stealth mod bulb. Having purchased mine brand new, then in my father's possession for 12 years, my opinion on its power is unchanged. It's sufficient. It's not a rocket, but not slow either? However, during a hard start today, I had to lift in 2nd gear because I was not hooking up. Again, it's not slow, just not exhilarating. I am considering a Z1 plenum spacer. Seems good bang for the buck. When they dealership was looking for my car, I very clearly stated that there should be no holes in the front bumper, so I get it. Curious, do you ever have any boneheads in muscle cars or riced-out hot rods taunting you? I just want to enjoy my damned car, but many others seem to be compensating for something.
Not really, haven’t had problems with others, but probably because I don’t daily it, and I mostly drive it on backroads. Agreed about the plenum spacer.
@@ThinkDiamond989 Not sure where you are but I’m in America and it’s miles over here. Do your research and buy the best example you can personally afford. High mileage is fine as long as there is a track record of maintenance.
Stay naturally aspirated or go turbo?

Naturally aspirated, but if I *had* to upgrade, LS Swap!

I want this car so bad. Whats a good amount of kms and price to buy one for?

Nah dont turbo it.
I reckon a supercharger would be better
