Curious on the bigger unit Tower B. Hope they can really fix the Klang River. If done right it has so much potential. I live in Seoul near Cheonggyecheon River (used to be dirty back in the old days 70s-90s but they've really changed + cleaned the river) now its a place of music, culture, exhibition and a nice clean river attracting tourist and the locals walk the river everyday. On hot summer my wife and I would take our socks off and dunk our feet in the cold river to take shelter from the summer heat wave. Read an article about "Klang River of Life" and they did mention and studied a case study of the Cheonggyecheon River in Seoul as a role model. High hopes on the Klang River.
Wah, that's nice to hear, of the Cheonggyecheon River. I can only imagine it's crystal clear, since you mentioned you and your wife can dip the feet into the river. I think a realistic target for this River of Life is at least to make it lively and attractive, with music, culture and cafe along the river. This is certainly doable here (in Malaysia) as we have done something similar in Malacca (my hometown). Maybe once they achieve that, then they can look into the hardest task, which is to keep the river clean.
Well, it was certainly smooth and quiet, up to the point that I didn't even noticed the aircon compressor was there when I did my pre shooting walk around. Aircon was switched on during then, and the unit was chilled. Interesting and a very space efficient way to store it indeed.
Amazing how developers utilise such small spaces, although personally am not a big fan of these shoebox living. Interesting to see more than 800 units (since there's dual key) take turns using the dobi lol. The see-through swimming pool is interesting but definitely not practical, privacy issue and I wouldn't want to work under constant water refractions.
What's fascinating to me on these small living spaces is how one designs it to fully maximise the space within. The space for the outdoor aircon compressor is certainly one of it. Assuming this place is mainly for short term stay, then the usage of the dobi would be reduced. Nevertheless, still heavy as it seems to be the only option (having a washer/dryer just isn't feasible). Since there's a couple of retail lot facing the river, I reckon one of it would be a dobi too.
LOL. I wonder how far can it go. Melaka now already got night cruise and cafes along the river. Quite scenic indeed. Doubt it that it will reach tis stage for River of Life.

The aircond compressor will not cause vibration to the compartment? Wondering how good is the sound insulation too. One of the kind design. Haha.
