NO FAIL SIOPAO DOUGH RECIPE/ RECIPE USED FOR BIG PRODUCTION!

- Siopao Dough Recipe
Tanzhong -10%
45 grams water
5 grams flour
*mix until flour has dissolve
*Cook in low heat until it turns into a paste
DOUGH
355 grams all purpose flour
150-155 grams Cake flour
1 tsp. Instant yeast (Mauripan)
2 tbsp. + 2 tsp. Baking powder
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp. Salt
210 ml. Water
1 tbsp. White vinegar
30 grams Power Mix shortening
*Combine all ingredients
*Knead until smooth.
*Portion the dough
*Fill with meat filling
*You can steamed it directly or rest for 30-40 minutes to proof.
*Steam for 10-12 minutes at High heat

PLEASE READ NANDITO NA LAHAT NG SAGOT SA QUESTIONS NIYO!
1. TANZHONG- Hindi po siya binibili all purpose flour and water siya na niluto sa low heat para maging paste at ida-dagdag sa dough kapag lumamig na. Siyempre Pilmico Flour ang gamit nating flour😁
2. SHELF LIFE: After steaming pwede siya ilagay sa plastic or i vacuum seal at ilagay sa feezer para mas tumagal for 3 months or higit pa! Kapag room temperature lang mag start siyang magka mold with in 2-3 days.
3. WALANG CAKE FLOUR! - Pwedeng all purpose flour lahat ang gamitin na flour.
Pinaka importante Pa tag kami ni Hicaps Mktg. Corp. pag na try yung recipe😁😁😁

My mother used to cooked white bun or "pawa' as we call here, during 80's & 90's, but though she remember the ingredients, she doesn't remember anymore the measurements of it. We tried so many times. We got the taste but not the consistency of the dough. So many adjustments & researches I have done, and finally found this video. THANK YOU SO MUCH #lutongtinapay, we've tried your recipe today and it went perfectly well. Though I replaced water with evap milk. Still it's perfect. You are a life saver. GOD Bless you!🫡

OMG, this is the best siopao dough recipe I came across. I tried so many recipes and mostly failed 😔. Converted my measurements into cups and tablespoon as I'm used to that🤣. I let my dough rise for 45 mins before cutting and followed the rest..it was perfect, soft fluffy and white😍😍. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe ❤️❤️

Grabe! Na amazed ako😮. Just now sinubukan ko tomg recipe mo maam...yong outcome ang galing...maputi, malambot at malaki yong siopao ko. Sa recipe na to na less din yong oras ko kc no need na paalsahin yong dough ng isang oras. Right after na mixed ko, deretso ko na divide at nilagyan ng filling. Tama talaga ito lahat sa video ni maam. Thank you for sharing po.
