  • I haven't done a build in a while because I haven't really had any new ideas for anything new, but there is something I wanted to show off as a bit of a mini build for early game Mordred

You could really luck out if you get the Drinker of Blood Sigil (Heavy Armour) and the Ring of Alaunus.
Both are level 5, the Armour grants as much HP healing as adjacent units bleed and the ring regains 3 armour for every 10 hp regained from any source.

I haven't come across that armor before, that's sick.

@@maxxalos1267 Yeah, i only got it once, and that time i didn't have anyone who could really abuse it when it mattered since i haven't got the ring.
And as far i remember the Picts in act 2 don't take too long to make lvl5 heavy armour rather weak even when it's a relic.
I only really know the combo because i looked in the game files to see what relics exist for each level.

Wow! This is a great build for starting out especially in hardest mode which I will be doing soon on my first replay. Thanks for sharing this idea! How does it perform in the later stages.

It's definitely not a strategy that carries that far into the game. The armor regain mechanics don't really scale up and the enemy damage/armor pool available outpace it pretty hard. By then just focusing on general defensiveness is usually more than enough and doing your best to have enemies attack from the front as much as possible to take advantage of the block mechanic.
