I need to incorporate some of this into my weekly workouts. Been doing full body strength training for a couple years but playing more tennis from this year and competing in the 40+ seniors local tournaments I need to get some stamina and flexibility back. First tournament last weekend went well and played great but felt like I’d been beaten with a bat all over for the last few days hahaha. First match in just over 10yrs😅. I like that 30sec on and off routine on the treadmill and bike👌👌
It will definitely help, probably the most important thing is the mobility , but the the 30 seconds on and off intervals will massively help recovery time inbetween points

Any shoulder strengthening/stabilization exercises you can suggest?
I’d recommend doing band workouts for your shoulder stability, and weights like shoulder press etc for strength, I’ll try and cover this in a future video

But I do a lot of medicine ball throws
Cable pulls
Things like bicycle sit ups and crunches at different speeds
Then some static holds with bands and planks
Anything that mirrors tennis with rotation 👍
