So my controller won’t connect and I need it to do everything I’m lost
So I have a solution and you won’t like it, you need a Sony android charger from Amazon that’s just the truth y’all can go 2 days with out playing the game

My PS4 says that but when i turn it on the controller light is white and won't let me use it . Put ethernet cable in no luck ,it has done this before but . Can you help

Guys, if you have the problem of your controller not connecting when it's on safe mode, just use a different USB cable that can charge your controller. Just keep using different ones until it works. Hope this helps 😁

Thank you this worked! My crappy usb cable would not work sony is ticky with its cables make sure you use a higher quality one like the factory issued micro usb cable it fixed my controller sync issue
Also my ps4 was running through a capture card and i couldnt see it was in safe mode (black screen) i plugged it direct into the monitor and it showed on the screen safe mode settings

@@amys8714 For me it meant I had the wrong cable/cord. Same male configuration which physically fit perfectly but not the same wiring. It simply means not recognized.
@@BashoStrikes how can you tell if you have the right cord or is it just fit it until one works?
@@BDGaming1100 Turns out I was trying to use charging cable rather than a charging /data cable. I had mistaken it for the correct cable because they're both outwardly physically identical.
