Solving Error su-30746-0 Playstation 4

This error was extremely infuriating and since I feel like I have the solution I decided to make a tutorial video on it. I don't generally make tutorial videos, but I wanted to assure everyone your PS4 isn't broken. It's just being a piece of shit.

Can't remember if I mentioned this in the video but when you have your ps4 turned off make sure you UNPLUG THE CONTROLLER, THEN PLUG IT BACK IN, AND THEN TURN THE PLAYSTATION ON.

every option i click in safe mode ends up having a error code or cant initialize or cant acccess system storage msg pops up do you know wat i can do

Bro is been 4 years since this video but you saved me. Had to go around the house to find all the usb cables for the controller and the last one (9th) was the only one that worked. I fixed this 6months ago & having to do it again yesterday, I couldn’t get out of the error frozen /screen mode into safe mode until I followed your steps (especially about being sure to unplug controller once shut off & start up in safe mode) that was what finally unfrozen the error code screen to the ‘plug in a ps4 controller into the PS4’.
