This video is the 4th in the series of the 21 Day Yoga Camp. If you sit and work for long hours or drive, you may feel the aches and soreness in the back. This is due to the compression of the spinal cord in between the vertebrae.
So practice these asanas to decompress the spine and get relief from pain. In case you have slipped disc or cervical spondylitis, please avoid this flow and consult your doctor before practising yoga.
Things to remember
1. Practice on an empty stomach. Always keep a gap of at least 3 hours between your meal and practice. If you have had a fruit, 2 hours is good enough.
2. Wear loose cotton clothes while practising. Please do NOT wear tight, polyester, dry fit clothing while practising yoga. Your skin needs fresh air as you get in and out of asanas.
3. Practice only as much as you comfortably can. Never try to force yourself into poses. Please remember to be gentle with yourself.
4. If you’re a complete beginner, it would be wise to keep a mirror next to you. This will help you observe yourself as you get in and out of asanas and allow to self-correct
Stay consistent with your practice with this yoga camp. It’s okay to miss one day but never miss twice! Happy Practising

Day 4 Done. Although I'm struggling to do yoga regularly due to spondylitis pains, but as soon as I feel slight better, I come back to mat. This is just so wonderful/different feeling for a person who never used to wake up early in her entire life of 30+ years. Do you do this for once? I mean you do day 4 practice in day 4 of your ypga journey and next day do day 5 practice ... Is this how you do this?

I usually have lower back pain and i felt an immense relief by doing these asanas, i cant describe how amazing i feel now and even while walking I’m noticing a lightness in my left hip which was super tight and blocked before , thank you so much
I was having severe back pain, due to which my sleep used to get disturbed, and I used to feel fatigue the whole day. I just started doing this yoga for the past 4 days, and I can already feel the difference in my back pain. I would recommend you to do "Yoga nidra" as well it'll help a lot in the problems you're going through :)

28 th june ,Day 4 Done ✅ i really feel difference in my backpain , fatigue.
Finished Day 4 session. I am happy that I am able to maintain my streak till 4 days.
Thank you for this series completed day 4 today with consistency and it help me relax from all tension and work headache . Day4, April,4 i m loving the flow and i m consistent too.I really had back pain and this session relieved it completely . Hello. I am a 23 year old female. Just graduated. Two months back During my final exam i was studying for long hours that too in bad posture due to which i have developed back pain. It's actually not pain itself but stiffness in my lower back. It's feels like muscles are not free. For initial week i was having a problem in bending and bulging out my lower back. Then i went for physiotheraphy but it didn't helped. I went for ayurvedic treatment. They massage the affected area using a small bag filled with herbs and oils. I got relieved following the ayurvedic protocals. But stiffness didnt went away completely. I added this' yoga for back pain' in my schedule. I helps i have been doing it since past 20 days. But the relief is not permanent. When i sit for an hour or two my stiffness comes again.
I will be joining office in 20 days i m afraid how will i manage there.
I want my back to absolutely free.
