Story :-
Op’s cousin Natasha is getting married. Natasha comes from a richer family than Op and is used to getting what she wants. She picks a wedding date which op does not agree with because it was the day, she would have gotten married. Months earlier, op’s fiancé dumped her. Natasha knows how she feels about this and refuses to change the date. Sometime later, Natasha demands that Op give her a necklace that used to be their grandmother’s. The necklace now belongs to Op and she refuses to give it to Natasha despite her tantrums. Natasha and her mom resort to threatening Op’s innocent grandmother. Op’s grandma collapses after they threaten her, she recovers and does not press charges. As a final resort, Natasha fakes a letter from Op’s ex where he asks her to give Natasha the necklace. So, she agrees. On the wedding day, op finds out that Natasha tricked her. During the wedding ceremony, a woman interrupts the ceremony and says Natasha’s husband is still married to her. At the same time, Natasha starts having breakouts on her skin. This is because op knew of her tricks and changed her necklace for one made of Nickel. The wedding is canceled. It is revealed that Natasha’s family is in debt. Since she failed to get married, they lose everything and become dirt poor.

The first bit, I thought OP sounded more entitled than her cousin. The cousin didn't appear to be trying to upset OP, she just wanted to marry quickly. I think all that mental anguish was a bit unreasonable. With regards the necklace, given what she did to her Nana, the gloves were off and she deserved whatever came her way.

I was so confused about the necklace as OP was adamant that cuz wasn’t getting it, so both show up, pressure her, she not only gives in but agrees to it being a huge event? There was no way OP would agree to such a public event. From the title, I thought poison ivy oil or ointment, probably. She could have used almost anything.

How did OP know her ex was on a cruise when she had blocked him on social media? I thought she wasn't keeping up with him. Was she lying? And why would her relatives think SHE was the awful one when her cousin not only weirdly picked the same wedding day, but then demanded her necklace? If it was an expensive heirloom, why would anyone think someone else was entitled to it? I would have written her cousin's family off and not given them the time of day, much less meet up with them to "talk". If this was a real story, OP is a bit of a door mat.

My comprehension skills are perfectly adequate to recognise when someone is calling another a liar by implication. If you do not recognise that you are either being deliberately disingenuous (which is no great stretch) or need more coaching in language skills.
Time constraints or space constraints would possibly explain alock of mention of an investigation. Relevancy might also be a factor. Funny how someone who seems sto only expect knowledge to come from social media seems to be totally oblivious to these possibilities despite them frequently being mentioned online.
Additionally, you also ignore the possibility that someone had told her. Not everything is inline and for thousands of years people learned things without social media, though I guess that this might be a revelation too far for you.

Is this story really true or just a fiction or is it fictionalized but based on real events? There are some points that need to be addressed. It makes sense that OP orchestrated the revenge plot. Regarding OP's ex-boyfriend Adam, (1) if he is not on social media and OP has not reached him, how did OP know that the ex was on a cruise with the now girlfriend? (2) how was the cousin (Natasha) got hold of handwriting samples of Adam? (3) who in their right mind would keep all the draft letters in a bag and brought it with her in the wedding venue instead of burning or destroying them beforehand? (3) Assuming that the sample fake or drafts were in Natasha's handbag, why would Natasha take the chance of letting OP get near her bag? and (4) it seems very unlikely that the handbag would fall from OP's hand and the contents spill out so she could find those draft letters. Regarding the necklace, it seems OP had it duplicated in a hurry by a very good jeweler/craftsman using metal which OP knew her cousin is allergic to. It must cost her a very tidy sum of money to pull it off. Regarding Dave's "ex-wife", if OP did not really have a hand in this, how did the ex-wife know the exact date, time and venue of the wedding with the ex-wife wearing a bridal dress? She could have stopped the wedding even before but she chose the exact moment to make her objection. What if the Priest did not ask who has any objection to the wedding? I wonder how it would play out.

Op can say it all she want but she most definitely was jealous of the rich cousin bcuz she was rich and was able to be entitled. Op thought her wedding day was the day she was able to be like the cousin and losing that made her extremely jealous.
