    As someone who has experience with mental illness, the husbands story sounds suspect. They aren’t going to sedate her to keep her from going into a rage and than let the ex & his new SO both visit. There are other things that makes his story questionable, but the hospital is going to protect the wife’s mental health, as she is the patient, so Anika isn’t going to be allowed to see her. This is especially true if she is getting worse not better.

    • @laurabenevelli6783
      @laurabenevelli6783 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      If she is hospitalized, as the patient, she can decide who can and cannot visit. Her now ex and his SO can’t visit without her permission just because they want to.

U can’t depend on one person to fulfill your emotional needs. Also when ur cheated on don’t lie to your kids. If your ex cheats you say “daddy or mommy cheated “ I can’t trust him and he or she broke my heart”. U can’t allow the other to alienate a parent. It’s illegal actions in America at least. Op should hire a PI and get the dirt to take him down.

    Love the ambush of husband at start where they then deny it an ambush. Also as someone who has experience in custody cases more then once the judge would not have them set a weekly time table that has the hours he legally has an absolute right to see his daughter. Unless this is from outside america that part the story does not corelate with way custody orders work here.

    Okay, I am not sold on the husbands story and HOW DO HE BELIEVE IT IS A GOOD IDEA TO BRING YOUR GIRLFRIEND TO VISIT YOUR EX WIFE?!?!?! This doesn’t sound right. His side makes no sense. He entered HER private post, read her diary and went through her things yet no one finds this wrong? The spouse did EXACTLY what the original op said he would. He waited a few months and then… he has a girlfriend! How are people SO gullible to not see through him? Obviously the story the wife told had merit because he had to step away from his company while they tried to change the narrative. Then, out of nowhere, the wife has a mental break (just in time to discredit her). This same day he happens to “decide” to enter her home and “catch” her actively abusing their child??? I call BS!!! She was silenced because she knew too much and posed a threat!

    • @sashwing7726
      @sashwing7726 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Sorry to say this, but if the husband's last post is correct, that would mean that both posts from the wife and husband's viewpoints are correct. Their are multiple mental illness that can cause either false memories simply cause one to blackout during the stress period. Usually, this is related to undiagnosed conditions or trauma suffered. when younger.

    • @louellacharlton4425
      @louellacharlton4425 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      Maybe you have never lived with anyone with this type of mental illness. They are sly and crafty. They see every weakness and will use them against you. His daughter was his weakness and the mother abused her because she could not get to the father/ husband. Also the daughter had marks on her, and I do not think the dad e ery did this to his daughter. But he didn't just leave. Is he the brightest man, bringing his girlfriend to the hospital, to see his ex, NO not by a long shot. However, he was not trying to garner sympathy either. He just told his story. He never claimed to be all right about everything, like the ex. BUT, he's at least trying to help his ex and his daughter. Keep the company running and do all that a real man would try, without crying woe is me. This is what most real men would try to do in any given situation, not cry because he got his feelings hurt. Do they get hurt, yes very often, but only the real women in their lives ever know. Rewatch the story!

    • @sashwing7726
      @sashwing7726 ปีที่แล้ว +3

    • @mdz.acosta
      @mdz.acosta ปีที่แล้ว +11

      ...plus if he claimed he wasn't cheating, why did the wife end up being correct as the husband did say he got with the secretary the wife suspected of being his girlfriend? She's right when she says that when you live with someone you learn their tells. I think the wife did love him because it sounds like she knew him better than he knew her and if she was ill and he claims to love her, he would've tried harder to help her instead of doing the things he did that made her spiral faster. It's possible that he had her committed just to be rid of her because anyone committed loses all form of credibility. It's the best way to destroy someone while pretending to help them by getting them committed out of "concern". Where was his concern when she needed him and he was also aware of her mental issues?

    hmmm ok husbands story sound very convenient ....he admits to bribing the daughter but everything else was because she has a mental health issue....makes me wonder if he didn't have her unknowingly dosed with a drug to set her off so he could have her institutionalized thus giving him the custody he wanted AND clearing his name at the same time because he could say she was lying and mentally unstable. Then pays off the doctors to keep her medicated so she can't fight back because no way would they zombify a patient with meds nor would they allow non family members to visit including him as they are divorced unless someone is getting paid under the table. No creditable doctor would allow someone to visit a patient if they are a trigger for their mental illness and both their stories clearly show he is a trigger to her. Depending on what drugs they are using to treat her supposed mental illness....if she is actually not mentally ill then many of them would not only make her appear to be mentally ill but the symptoms would get worse the longer she was on them.
