Amazing episode. Loved listening to Wian Sb optimistic approach towards challenges. Also, here is the list of books he recommended at the end of the podcasts: 1- Of Human Bondage (W. Somerset Maugham) 2- Lessons in Chemistry (Bonnie Garmus) 3- A Fine Balance (Rohinton Mistry)
Try getting Amir Wain, the person initiated 4 companies, Innovative Pvt Ltd(mentioned in Podcast(computers)), i2c inc, Avenceon, xiq inc. I worked for Innovative for 10 years. Left for entrepreneurship to make an impact.
I love this man.He is one of the major factor in my growth. But the way you said that "the line after cheetah is back" on that I said this. You could be right I love that but it is the detail@@MuhammadFaiqQazi-k7u
The technical prowess he demonstrated while discussing the cloud and analytics platform was surprising and amazing because I didn't expect it to come from an aging business man who's spent most of his time doing mechanical engineering. Esteemed guest, gr8 takeaways from this. Good luck for the remaining 99 in the season!
bakhtair sir is very technical he knows about everything from microsoft specially on premisers active directory integration or M entra id with their products like omni connect, thumbs up to muzzamil as well for bringing this kind of techincal talks.
Such great Question that you asked 👌 (most of the time i was thinking about it and suddenly you pitched it) ..... And one suggestion let the guest complete. Thanks.
As an engineer, I really appreciate the hard work that you put in for curating such a content and also the guests, especially Bakhtiar Wain Sb. for a sharing detailed insights and thoughts of thei business!
Waow. I bet it must have been a tough podcast for the guest. I like your new format i.e. less pleasantries and more meat. Pulling guest out of their comfort zone is what creates value. Keep it up.
Great podcast and i telling you my field is not about Tech industry but this podcast i watched as a business prospective and im surprised so many things i learned.❤
Best podcast and Muzamill is doing fine I didn't notice any issue from his side he is not interrupting!! Don't comment like fools, get the point and message which is delivered clearly no doubt!!
This is the thing an engineer can do all but other can't what engineer could do. While doing engineering u get this confidence that I could learn everything and do by your self
Listening to Bakhtiar, I really hear a passionate CEO who really tries to know how things are working especially with their data. Although some of his terms/thoughts are very top level but can feel he is learning. I would love to get a chance to collaborate with his company. This sounds very interesting.
Good discussion and Bakhtiar sb is a man of vision, however, one question could be why these Tech companies not bringing back home their profits to distribute among share holders? We expect it from a true Pak Tech company!
as a mech engg, this is the first im hearing of Avenceon (i think thats how its spelled) and im truly amazed. I have this huge bitterness towards the academic institutes where such companies are not reached out to and like overall the, apart from being incompetent (myself included), it should be the institutes job to make the student work worthy. Theres a HUGE gap in the academic institutes and industry.
Jis ksi ko bhi agr problem horhi hai tou na dekho podcast simple hai podcast ko 1 se 1:30 ghante tak lekar jana hota hai guest 1 se 2 lines bolkar chup na hojaye isliye conversation ko lamba rakhnay kliye kuch na kuch add karna bhi zaroori hota hai. Yeh agr acha ya munasib nhi lagrha tou jakar nadir ali ya ahmed khan ki chaprion wali podcasts dekhlo jis mn, unjese he guest atay hain. Thori bardasht rakha karain.
I really enjoy your podcast, but please try to interrupt only when it's absolutely necessary. Interruptions can break the rhythm the speaker has established on the topic. Otherwise, you're doing a great job!
I am well aware of the podcast pattern and I'm a TBT fan. I'm here to listen to the guest.....I truly believe that muzammil can be a bit more patient and let the guest complete his train of thought..
I have my reservation on Data Security...Either there is a loop hole or the Guest unable clear that Question...What I understand 2 way Channelizing of Data Outgoing and coming in the same Database.Part of ETL Pipeline is at cloud which Models that Data. One of the point for me to ponder there is Data Charge on Upload and Download at Cloud how they made it feasible to Upload and Download big Data.
Am I only one who realise he is constantly losing his train of thoughts or probably not able to communicate properly. May be I am judging, but it is motivating that he is still doing good as businessman.
there should be a local pakistani startups based portal where we engineers get to fund the ideas and businesses by major investors from pakistan and overseas as well.
Dear can you invite some urban plaining expert who can give on some ideas on how to utilize the excess rain water for agricultural and Power generation purposes. This will also help to avoid flooding. Moreover waste water treatment should also be considered to generate power as it is already done in developed countries.
you mentioned in your earlier video that new season will be without going into details like birth, early childhood details of the guest , its the same.
I appreciate those questions instead. We can connect better to the guests and think if they were capable of doing this much in similar circumstances, it's doable, we can too

Fabulous podcast, I have worked with Bakhthair in Avanceon, he is such a gem of a person and CEO.
40 Billion dollars aside, this is what he earned!
Try getting Amir Wain, the person initiated 4 companies, Innovative Pvt Ltd(mentioned in Podcast(computers)), i2c inc, Avenceon, xiq inc. I worked for Innovative for 10 years. Left for entrepreneurship to make an impact.
cheeta is back . The only man who doesn't care about man and viewership and only cares about doing what is right . Proud of u sir.

This season is going to be mind blowing
I was a student of his father, Mr Wain, who was a great principal at PAF school, Sargodha. He had a great passion for teaching.
PAF College Sargodha, or Fazaia?
@ Fazaia
Such great Question that you asked 👌 (most of the time i was thinking about it and suddenly you pitched it) ..... And one suggestion let the guest complete.
Thanks.
In healthy enthusiastic conversation it happens at time cross talk.
These 1 hour 44 minutes were beyond my expectations rather then scrolling on Instagram time well spent ❤
As a CEO he has excellent grip on Tech and Engineering. I am amazed to hear that he knows the importance of clean data.
As an engineer, I really appreciate the hard work that you put in for curating such a content and also the guests, especially Bakhtiar Wain Sb. for a sharing detailed insights and thoughts of thei business!

His company only hires from FAST these days.
@@mrmack678That’s not correct. Many engineers in Avanceon still belong to UET

Yup!
I think it's better to have an overview of someone's early life so we can better connect ourselves.

I think talking about a persons early life, makes him/her relatable to others.
