I’ve got an r3 and take it on 2.5 hour rides quite often and it’s really not uncomfortable especially for a sporty bike

@Seizure_Baby no sport bike will really be comfortable for longer rides! Try out a naked sport! The mt 03 would be the 300cc equivalent
