I've never had a guinea pig and this was randomly recommended to me, but damn, if anyone is deserving of having guinea pigs, it's you! This is so thoughtfully laid out and beautiful.
That is a thoughtfully designed enclosure. Your pig room is the best I've seen. Functional yet well decorated. The lights are a must have. And I prefer less time lapse.
My house burned down in a fire. I couldn’t save piggies because my carrier wasn’t near by, the carriers were in the garage which was already on fire. So I really recommend having the carrier next to the pigs, I promise you it will be helpful. Love the vid! ❤️
This layout is everything. I saw this notification, ran the dog out real quick, ran home to shower and watch before work. You’re the best piggy mom. It turned out so cute! I'm not sure if you've looked into it or not but there are LED lights meant for fish tanks that automatically mimic a 24 day cycle with dimming and color change throughout the day. They help my fish very much and it might be a good option for your pigs too! Much love!

You are who convinced me to get my piggy back in august. She came to me pregnant so now I have 5!! 3 boys and momma and 1 daughter. I would really like to keep them all, but keep hearing trio of boys doesn’t typically work out. And I don’t have the space for 3 separate cages.

I have owned rats in the past and I know how much trial and error must have gone into getting everything exactly how you want it. Watching this before getting Guinea pigs of my own I feel like I’m cheating with such good storage ideas and functionality tips straight off the bat. I hope I can do even half as well as you.
@@GuineaPigJungle I got my piggies on Friday and I built their c and c cage into an outdoor bench seat. I put up my eufy camera to see what they were doing when I’m not around and get ideas of what they use the most and where they like to go so I can make it just how they want. Since they avoid coming out of the cage when I’m around. I’m sitting here with my morning coffee on day 5 and they’re happy to come out and eat their veggies off the platter while I talk to them which is progress. I’ve put litter trays under their hay bags and put up fleece forests to make them comfortable, with tunnels not too far apart around the whole cage so they can confidently get from one end to the other without being exposed for too long. They love toilet rolls with a big hunk of grass shoved through them. And they love the sticky weed I string up around the place. The only thing they will eat from our hands is dandelion because that’s their favourite. They’re so fun to watch and listen to. ❤️🐽🍅
Hi! I actually can’t not move their locations around. The top cages are only suitable for 2 Guinea pigs (due to their size) and the bottom cage is larger bc it was made size appropriate for 4 Guinea pigs. 🐹✌🏼

You could totally roatate the pigs from the bottom to the top periodically. Couldn't be too hard since they are already there.
