Hey, I am not sure if you gotten feedback on this, but for example in 2:47 you started explaining something in the negative. "Whoever did not get X do this" should be avoided when you have a very clear Y "People who got Y do this" rather than force the audience to think about the difference between X and Y. My static leader had issues with your wording and thought you meant that Second tethers needed the virus
why no one talking about the other icons in the belone coil towers? Such as only healers or dps without a cross meaning they have to stand in the tower.
Thanks for the concise overview and fast release! Hopefully NA starts to read macros more - probably not but one can hope :) Keep up the great work Happy!
For the Rot mechanic... just have all of the same 'role' (DPS or HEAL/TANK) stack... and then the 2 people that need the virus to fulfil the mechanic at 3:10 just run into the stacked dps or healers/tanks ... ezpz...
@@hhaavvvvii gives the rewards behind them more meaning. plus it's more intimate than usual gaming, can make for some great memories or some horrible ones. it depends. got tons of good memories of this tho, definitely don't regret raiding
The entire game can be broken down into basic mechanics like spread, stack, Kb etc and the difference is how its presented. these guys are extremely experienced so they were already looking for these mechs specially since we had normal mode to work on.
I'm not sure I understand director's belone/inversive clamys. What I got is, the first group hit by bloodrake takes role call and the group hit by the second takes the tethers. Is that right?
this is how i explain it to my static, let me know if it makes sense. The FIRST bloodrake, the boss is saying " hey the people who was teher to a black teher , you CANT have a teher ok?" and the second bloodrake the boss is like saying " hey who ever was target by the black teher you cant have corona virus ok? ( the debuff) " hope it helps i dumb it down like this to make sense of it :)
It is the reverse of what you stated originally. It might seems weird that 1st bloodrake determines who can take tethers and the 2nd determines who can take the role call debuffs when the visible mechanic order appears to be 1st Bloodrake -> 2nd Bloodrake -> Role Call Debuffs (Director's Belone) -> Tethers (Inversive Chlamys) but if you watch the bosses casts he casts he casts Aetheric Chlamys after the 1st bloodrake which ties the 1st Bloodrake to the Inversive Chlamys Tethers that happen last in the mechnaic sequence. Whoever gets 1st Bloodrake can't take Inversive Chlamys tethers Whoever gets 2nd Bloodrake can't take Role Call debuffs from Director's Belone
@@Lord_Raviel Isn't that another way to say that 1st group takes role call and second takes tethers? I think I have an easier time parsing it with affirmative statements.
@@RockR277 It isnt the same because both bloodrakes can target the same people which means the people that didnt get either bloodrake need to get both the role call debuff and the tethers. You have to consider it as people that get first bloodrake dont get tethers and people that get 2nd bloodrake dont get role call becuase it isnt a mechanic where you are getting the role call or the tether you can end up needing to grab both if the other role group get both bloodrakes

the way you explained this with negatives, "not", made my smooth brain work too much
A tip for pinax: If it's cloak (knockback) on the first set of Pinax, it's guaranteed to be the sword (cleave) on the 2nd one and vise versa.
had 2 knockbacks happen to me and it wasnt water
awesome guide! quick note at 12:17 you say "the south and west tank and healer go northwest" while the diagram shows southwest. Anyway, great stuff!

Lol, LOVE the Castlevania SotN boss pic :D (best choice for this fight)

I still don't understand Directors Belone
part 1?????
oh nooo
For coils, my group had
D T H
D B D
H T D
And we all ate the two cw from our pair, lot cleaner imo.
How the hell did yall figure this out lol
One step at a time. And a lot of death.

so the boss gives the raid covid-19?
This will be impossible to do with PF :(
