Hit the gym, or a sport, or pilates make the most of the testosterone. It'll help with the anxiety and mood. Also, having a muscular body is great for self esteem, the Tshot will really help build muscle.
You are not alone in having to take special medication for periods. 😒 I have been on special meds since I was 13 because of how bad my cycle is. I have Endometriosis and PCOS AND 2 (YES! TWO!) uteruses! Which both shed at the same freaking time and as such the swelling literally makes me lose feeling in my legs so sometimes I will just fall down. I also can't be touched or lay down because I will pass out or vomit from the pain. So I feel you.... It freaking sucks 😭
I'm 6 months post op top surgery since may 7. Technically I wasn't supposed to lift my arms over my head until 6 months, so its super good because now i can be more active! I am also one year and 7 months on T lol.

i deadass had to get a body hair trimmer because i got so hairy. i don’t shave everything off because i like having hair but every couple weeks or so i have to shave my butt and it sucks ngl. oh well i’ll take butt hair over dysphoria any day
You might not answer anymore, but what exactly does T do to your menstrual cycle? How does effect it in general? Does it eventually stop when you are on T or do you have to take something special to stop it? I’m too young to go on T ( I’m 14 ) but I’m still curious for when I can start
depends entirely on the person! some people don’t get another period after starting t and some people never get rid of theirs without other medication/ a hysterectomy
