And so were the Ringo faces, they really added great flavor. I also liked how the number of people who played Soul Hackers 2 kept getting revised down. We start with 30, then go to 20, and end on just 12...
changing all of the attack names to Pokémon move names during the 'Pokémon trainer Red' fight is really subtle and creative, very nice work
I remember playing SH2 BEFORE the update. Not being able to run was harsh, I stopped playing at Subway 14 and then picked it up after the update. Props for doing the whole thing without dash
I'll be honest, I liked this game lol it may not be as fancy as all the other SMT or Persona games but that's okay. Sometimes you just have to enjoy something for what it is, instead of comparing it to everything around it.

Im finally playing through this game now to be one of the probably less than thirty people who are going to 100% this game and all of the sidequests (despite its... very clear problems and less than, well, acceptable dungeons I'm not *disliking* my time. It sure is a competent JRPG in a series of stellar JRPGS that make it look crap by comparison) and I see this video. Your challenge runs are seriously some of the best Megaten challenge videos I've seen just in general. The effort put into the edits is top-notch stuff, and your energy just makes it such a joy to watch.

That Eunie cut in was on point. The game has been on my wishlist for a while now and honestly, this video made me want it even more
I absolutely love the detail of parts using xenoblade 3 songs and transitioning to their climax versions and it's absolutely amazing
Quite an amazing effort as in several of the battles you were doing them only a couple of levels higher than I was playing normally.
I've played several Megaten universe games over the past few years, including SMT and Persona, but it was the mechanics of SH2 that I enjoyed the most. I really loved the commander skills, sabbath bonuses and switching around demons. We can only hope they port the game to Switch and get more sales and myabe do a sequel.
Your Megaten challenge runs are literally some of the best out of all the ones on YT. The commentary, strategy, entertainment is all perfect keep up the great work. You deserve so many more views! I couldn't imagine doing a run like this myself.

The fact the run was almost finished, because of sexism is something I could not come up with even if I tried.
This was amazing! I loved how you abused pretty much every gimmick from this game in order to complete it, specially in the dlc boss fight.
Truly next level to modify the game just to get rid of your friends

I’ve literally never seen footage of, nor actually played, any persona game or SMT game or any like it. Dunno why this got recommended to me but I absolutely enjoyed watching it. Guess I’m part of the 12 people that like Soul Hackers 2 now.

As one of the 30 people that played souls hackers 2 Kaburagi is probably top 3 toughest bosses in the game and easily the hardest boss in the first 70% of the game. There's a reason he has a new boss theme.

05:00 pretty sure the demons NPCs appearing in the area ACTUALLY refresh from time to time, after enough time/battles or by roaming around meaning you CAN actually get healed infinitely.... That's what I remember doing when I played the game anyway

I like soul hackers 2, I understand that it was a continuation of a game that had long since gone Into Obscurity. as one of the few Megami tensei side games that never got sequels or a lot of recognition, but having said that I was new to Soul hackers and I really enjoyed it. with the knowledge I now have though, I think it would have been better if they had done like Bethesda did with prey and just called it soul hackers instead of marking it as a continuation
Unrelated note have they patched and or nerfed the second-to-last DLC Quest not the Super boss obviously but the quest where Nana realizes that she is a demon by artificial means and we have to knock some sense into her to get her to realize that we don't give a s*** about that she's still our friend because Deus Ex friendship is my power machina

Do you recommend Soul Hackers 2 and Xenoblade Chronicle 3 (I have never played one), but I'm a huge SMT/Persona Fan
Hey Granas. SH2 has its flaws but I had a good time with it. It's not like a "must play" game so you could get it if it's on sales. As for XC3, it's one of my favorite games and I definitely recommend trying it out. The characters are great and its story is one that deeply resonated with me. The gameplay is more akin to an MMO rpg if you are familiar with those. You don't need to have played the previous games in order to understand XC3 so it's a good starting point if you are interested in the series. If you dig that one, I'm sure you'll enjoy the other Xenoblade Chronicle games !

Awesome challenge as usual! Do you happen to know where I could get a hold of the mod. I've been looking on nexus and gamebanana and I cannot find it. I'm wanting to do try the Ardha fight with just Ringo and while I could leave them all at 1hp and just guard I would rather just use the mod to make it officially solo :)

Personally I always thought that it was Iron mask deciding to try and destroy the phone rather than take it where it could have been found later, plus many people have made the mistake of thinking that a cracked screen = destroyed phone
