20 Min NO REPEAT DUMBBELL WORKOUT CHEST & BACK | Day 9 | Xpress Bootcamp

  • It's the 3rd and final week of the Spree Bootcamp. Up today an awesome 20 min no repeat dumbbell workout targeting the chest & back
    No repeat workouts are super popular with the Zeusers so you will love this no repeat week
    So today it's chest and back. What we will be doing here is
    ✅ 20 Exercises in total
    ✅ 10 For the Chest - back to back
    ✅ 10 For the back - back to back
    ✅ 45 seconds active
    ✅ 15 Secs rest between exercise
    ✅ Working our way through until every exercise is done
    Trust me these back to back exercises are going to BURNNNNNN
    But give you an amazing workout in just 20 minutes. It's amazing what you can get done in that time
    Again have a selection of dumbbells at the ready if you have them. As you may need to drop down the weight as the round goes on
    So let's finish this week string. It's going to be tougher but make you tougher and stronger and able to tackle anything
