    I finally finished this today! A huge thank you for the amazing 12 days of free workout. I hardly use dumbbells so doing this exercises everyday opened my eyes how versatile dumbbells could be. You are amazing! I wish you great success in all your endeavours. 😘😘

    I went back at this one again today. And it took everything I had to get through those 10 rounds of abs. Again used 15# and 10# for all shoulder exercises, and 10# for abs. Great burn 5/2/22

    great shoulders & abs workout. i used 10# and 15# for the various shoulder exercises and 10# for all the abs. really feelin the burn 1/22/22

    So I have a question. I travels a lot with 20lb dumbbells is there some exercise that persistently would work well with the 20lb dumbbells? I tried to follow you every other day period but a lot of the exercise little struggle with 20lb dumbbells and just starting off at the beginning. Any suggestions?

      Honestly if possible I would try and invest in a couple more dumbbells. Even 3 varying weights to help you out and get you going
      A lighter set for certain exercises , a medium set for others and the heavier set you feel works for you for the bigger muscle groups. Will be a worth while investment that will last you a long time 👍
