Dynamic stretching before skating. Warm up is pushing, kickturns, powerslides/pivots, mannys on flat. After skating, static stretching and rolling with a tennis ball. Foam roller is similar, but less intense. Static stretching is off limits before exercise. It can cause injury. I really like your channel. I binged most of your videos.
I do a bunch of shuv it’s and ollies and fs180 and no comply 180’s and fakie ollies to warm up and always stretch before I start skating when your in your late 30’s you have to stretch if you want to skate
Yo Joe, heres a tip this help with my knees, get you some basketball knee pads , wear them and review em.. but trust me they keep the knees locked in place and very helpful , if basketball players wear them , any sport should be able too.. great sesh, great video Joe !!!! 💯😎🤙
Of course I love watching ur content and makes me want to go out and skate, speaking of which I have a challenge for you, I saw someone called regular Jason do 100 pop shuvits in a day so I tried, but then I decided to do it with a trick I’m bad at, heelflips I challenge you to find a trick you struggle with and LAND 100 in one day
