    Thank you! The toe stretch at the beginning was very intense and then the rest felt nice and restorative

    Thanks Helen! This is the best yoga for runners routine. My partner found your channel and we did this together. I was so happy that your routine did not include downward facing dog! I find that pose irritating and not helpful as a runner. Subbed 👍

      @@WellWithHels the gym was good thanks, it’s circuit training which I love, but I haven’t been since before lockdown so it’ll take a while to get back into it.
      Very achy but a good ache 😊xxx

    I am becoming a big fan of your short yin practices Helen. Thank you 🙏 (I do find deer legs confusing to get into - it’s not a pose I have done before - is there a practice where you talk us into it more?)
