I never brought up anything about the Van Allen belt, and I know better than to think they would "incinerate instantly". But I am surprised that most, if not all the astronauts that walked on the lunar surface did not receive some form of radiation sickness. I find it unlikely that the space suits used on the Apollo missions were able to block more than 70% of the radiation.
Never mind the stars as seen from the moon's surface. Let's see the beautiful photographs of the heavens taken during the half-million-mile-round-trip! These photos possess awe-inspiring clarity of the stars! Has anyone seen them?
actually he didn't forget to say the "a". I believe he did say it and there was just a radio transmission cut out for a split second there. Also, i'm pretty sure that he thought of that on his own and it wasn't scripted.
@DarrylXE Yeah. you could make it there in 4 days if traveling at 2604.16 MPH. :) or using the real number of closer to 252,000miles; 5 days at 2100MPH. (and just for fun, 1 year (365days) at 28mph)
Moon landing was not faked. Reason? The moon dust did not "cloud up" when the lander's rockets hit it. Since the moon has no atmosphere, the dust just went out flat. If it were shot on earth with an atmosphere, it would have created dust clouds. In 1969 we didn't have the technology to fake it.
@@greatandmightykevin There are at least 100 evidence. But the capability of seing them is limited with the IQ of the person who observe them. To it will be irrelevant showing them...
I was being sarcastic. Of course those guys landed on the moon. Have you ever spoken seriously to one of the "moon landing=hoax" people? Their "conspiracy" arguments are usually so simple-minded as to be embarrassing. I blame high school science teachers in this country for just teaching science and not scientific THOUGHT. Going to the moon is dangerous and expensive (and probably not worth it), but not impossible, from an engineering standpoint. And it certainly wasn't impossible in 1969.
Exactly. A moon landing today would actually be no big deal, except for the inherent dangers of space travel, but it is not worth the costs. (at least now, as the moon is a very good "Gate" into deep space.)
sorry bud... its not pro patient. Its pro-bureaucracy. Instead of heath corporations getting your money (which is agreeably unfortunate) .. politicians get your money and more power over you. Who’s holding the camera?
WHY DOES THE ASTRONAUT SEE TRANSPARENT? 0:11
Best moment of history, this was best achievement for me
One of the greatest moments in human history.

50 years!!!!!
DOUBTERS SAY WHAT YOU WILL... but I'm celebrating the anniversary

Idk if they were on the moon this time but I am sure they have gotten to there by now and I really dont see the big deal about this
P.S. 250,000 miles isn't that far, guys, in scientific terms. It seems silly to insist it was impossible, if one has any idea of proportion.
Armstrong wasn't an actor. If he was, he would have said something like "Sponsored by Disney" at the end.
"...use code "MickeyMouse69 for twelve bucks off your next merch order."
Actually you are wrong. Amrstrong does say the word "a". It is a hickup in the transmition and delay that covers up the word.
One small step...
For man
I think it'd be neat if they did it in 2019 to mark 50 years ;)
the moon lading was fake

go chill to the cave
Hola
you want to pay billions of dollar of taxes for it?
FOR A MAN not for man
If somebody still believe in this after all the evidence must be incredible stupid. There is no other explanation.
No, you're just too dumb to comprehend what our minds can achieve
And what evidence would that be?

@@Halfshanks 😂😂😂
@@METATRONS_CUBE Well then, show me the '100 evidence'. Avoiding the question isn't becoming of someone with intellect.

Im the newest comment
yep and thats why there is no life there. they had to wait light years for mediocre or worse healthcare. but at least it was free right?

fake
i agree
^FTW
Seriously. I know many people who don't think we've landed on the Moon. And none of them give me any good reason.
*sigh*
