I have one of these handheld steamers in going to use in my car now. Thanks for the tips about covering certain things in the car. Also.. I had a bunch of makeup brushes I was going to get rid of that I can now use! What a great idea to use a kabuki type brush for cleaning! You guys got a like and sub from me!

What role does the microfiber towel play?
Whats the point of using the microfiber cloth on the steamer's head?
avoiding direct contact with heat gives less chance of overheating and damaging surfaces or any surface within the interior

The steamer only loosens the dirt and stains, you need some to absorb it and remove it from the surface you're cleaning.
Microfiber Towles is a Must when it comes to Steam Cleaning The Towels Collect all the Dirt, Grease, grime and Germs so it is very Beneficial to use Microfiber Towel for Wiping All the dirt and Stains off

The short answer is, don’t. Cold, snow, ice, all bad if you’re outside. And if you’re dragging all that back in the car there’s really no point.

What does the steamer actually do other than just cleaning without it
Disinfects! It eliminates germs and bacteria as well as sanitizes the surfaces. It is super versatile as you can use it on almost anything for a thorough cleaning. Hope that helps! 😃

Is steam cleaning just to remove hard stains around the interior ?
Steam cleaners are super versatile actually, using it alone can help loosen up any stuck on grime, especially in those hard to reach in areas.
If you use a chemical with it, it will give that chemical a boost to do its job at 110% and overall steam cleaning allows you to disinfect & sanitize surfaces. It’s really an amazing and helpful piece of equipment to have!

Great video but I just don’t see much use for the steam cleaner when cleaning the car interior. Extractor vac is probably the way to go.
You know how much grease and oil that can be softened with heat?
Can you steam clean leather seats?
Yes you can, you just want to be careful again, agitate or clean the leather manually and then apply steam from a few inches away of course always keeping the steam gun moving. Hope that helps!
