- SO SUPER GOOD! Turkey Cabbage Dumplings With Homemade Chilli Oil Aunty Mary Cooks. Dumplings with chilli oil is a very popular Chinese and Asian food, also found in dim sum shop. Dumplings are a must during big events in traditional Chinese families, especially in China. It’s a good way to hide vegetables in it. Vegetable haters will generally happily eat these. Bathed with homemade chilli oil and sprinkled over with chopped coriander, this turkey cabbage dumplings just taste super delicious! Aunty Mary shows how to make this easy recipe recipe turkey cabbage dumplings with homemade chilli oil at home.
Expensive to eat these dumplings at the restaurants but cheap to make and eat at home. The quantity here can serve 6 -8 adults. Leftover dumpling filling can be added to vegetable stir fry and leftover dumpling skin can be used to make spring onion pancakes. You can use a processor to cut the cabbage.
Ingredients
1/2 cabbage, finely chopped
Coriander, chopped
Homemade chilli oil ( • Fragrant Spicy GARLIC ... )
Oil for frying
Dumpling Dough
4 C flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp oil
1/2 C hot water
1 C cold water
Dumpling Filling
1 kg ground turkey
1 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp soya sauce
2 Tbsp Shaoxing wine
1 Tbsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp corn starch
