more realistically this is 5-10 min, 20-40 min and 1-2 day dumpling, everybody is different speeds, but nobody can make the first one in 2 minutes lmfao

I feel like you could do one or two dumplings in 2 minutes, but thats prep time. I think they mean cooking time.

4:10 usually i add water first, and when the water fully evaporates, let it sear for like 15ish seconds and your done. (just make sure the pan is nonstick)

u guys should try making dosa, idli and vada and obviously along with it our sambar and chutney
Doesn't dosa batter need proper fermenting first? Are regular blenders good enough to grind down the lentils and rice, or do you need something ridiculously expensive like a Vitamix?
@@recoil53 no u dont. regular mixer grinders work just fine. or you can even use store bought dosa batter. i would say 'id' brand is best if u r in India but maybe u get it abroad also
@@bellatrix9149 A mix seems like something you'd only find on Amazon, specific webstores, or a big city with a large Indian population - in the US of course.
@@recoil53 not really, you can find it anywhere but if u cant find it, a blender or a food mixer will do the job. also u might find premade dosa batter in any indian grocery store

In Indian home usually people make dumplings and in India we usually call it momo or momos and we make it by using 3 steps
1. Making the filling
We usually finely chopped the veggies and saute them by adding all the spice.
2. Then make the dough for the dumplings/momo/ momos sheets
3.then we make the dumplings/momo/momos and then steam them
AND THEY ARE READY
