If you are going during peak season it could be to go early in the day to get a spot in an ideal lot close to what you plan todo. Or! You could find street parking a little outside of the main downtown and walk a little more. Portland is hilly but we generally took the street parking route since we stayed a bit outside of downtown!
I love your video watched till the end just a couple of questions Is there a good location of the city or outside the city to stay that you could recommend and is there a lot of accessible parking in the city or I'll place you could recommend to park.
