Great video. It's a dream home, for sure. I wish there were more options besides 75; it'd be ideal if I didn’t have to be near Dallas proper during rush hour.
@@safeandeffectivelol I help a ton of people move here and almost nobody works in Dallas. The majority are remote or the commute to places like, Mckinney, Allen, Frisco, Sherman etc. It works well for many people including myself!
After few years, Oklahoma border will also be called "North Dallas".. Unless someone works in Allen, Mckinney, Frisco this area is way too far for Dallas. You are buying home to live not to drive 1+ hrs every day to reach home and the frustration from driving 🙂.. Nice homes if driving is not a problem.
Maybe feasible in 30 years with self-driving cars, far less traffic slowdowns, and tollways optimized for 90 mph automated traffic. Not happening soon though.
@@livinginnorthdallastx 2% tax rate is a very high bracket. How could you say it isn't. And the houses costing over $500k of course are expensive for Texas. You see, this is the problem with realtors like you, I'm sorry to say, but you're fooling people and being dishonest about inflating the prices. You guys are part of the problem. You're making it impossible for people to afford a living and you take pride of doing so. There are a few honest realtors out there who educate the people to prevent them from falling for this game, but sadly I don't see any in Texas.
@@ndenkha All I do is give information about the area and the homes, not sure how that makes me dishonest? These taxes and prices are lower than average for this areas. I’ve already helped multiple families relocate to this area. I assume you are not from here?
@@livinginnorthdallastx well when you say, these are inexpensive, when everyone knows the prices are too high, I think that's wrong bud. Going with the flow isn't the same as addressing the problem. Have a blessed day.

That's way out there. Your commute will be a nightmare unless you can work remote
