Thank you so much! I’m glad you’re enjoying the channel! We’ll definitely slow down the walkthroughs and take more time to show the details, like those cabinets. It’d be great to have you along for a tour someday! Keep an eye out for more content, and thanks for the support! 😊
Thank you so much for the kind words! We're glad you're enjoying the videos. It sounds like you have great taste in homes! 😊 If you're considering any of these options for your future move, let me know how I can help with more info or specific features you're looking for!
This plan was introduced at $350,000 initially years ago. It’s a very nice plan. I’m sure today it is one million dollars or more. I noticed a few modifications have been made to update the plan by Toll Brothers. As for me, I prefer unique plans, in today’s industry, those plans are considered custom homes.
You're right! Home prices have certainly surged in recent years, and what was once considered affordable is now priced much higher. Custom homes definitely stand out for their uniqueness and personalization. It’s great that you prefer unique plans-there’s something special about homes that reflect a personal style rather than the standard cookie-cutter designs many builders offer today. If you’re looking for something unique or custom, there are plenty of options to explore in Houston and surrounding areas. Would you like more information on custom builders or unique home designs?
Haha, I love the enthusiasm! JoJo definitely brings a lot of energy to the videos, and it sounds like you’re enjoying the mix of home tours and humor. Saturdays just wouldn’t be the same without that "JoJo gun show," right? 😄 Keep tuning in for more great content!
That staircase really does make a bold statement! It’s great that you found a home you love so much. I hope one day you get to make it yours! If you ever need help navigating the process or want to explore more options, feel free to reach out. Cheers to your future dream home! 🏡🥂
Deep window ledges are a great feature! They add charm to a room, allowing for extra space to display plants, decorative items, or even to sit and enjoy a cozy view. It’s a simple design element that can make a big difference in a space’s character. Glad you appreciate them!
That's a great suggestion! Seeing the backyard and the proximity to neighbors is essential when choosing a home. It can help you assess privacy and outdoor space. I'll make sure to keep that in mind for future tours. If you have any specific home types or locations you're curious about, let me know, and I can give more details!
well it depends where you need to be butttt I love Sienna! like mentioned at the end of this video! in fact the video i recomend at the end is in sienna!
Soaker tubs are such a great touch for relaxation! The deep, luxurious feel is perfect for unwinding after a long day. Do you prefer a standalone tub like that, or are you more into built-in designs?
I’m glad you like them! There are so many stunning homes out there, and it’s always fun to explore different designs and features. If you ever need help narrowing down the options or want more info about specific homes, feel free to ask!
Open beams definitely add a timeless charm to a home! They can make the space feel open and inviting while maintaining that classic style. If you're looking for more homes with this feature, I can help you find some that might be just what you're looking for!
That’s exciting, though! Two years will fly by, and you’ll be in your dream home before you know it. Do you have any specific things you’re looking for in a home when you’re ready to move, or is this house pretty much everything you’re hoping for?
It sounds like house number two really fits your needs! If you’re still looking for similar options or want more details about that style, feel free to ask! I’m happy to help you find the perfect fit. 😊
The big drop station is a great feature! It’s such a practical and stylish way to keep things organized, especially in a busy household. Was there any other part of the house that caught your eye as well?
Thanks for the feedback! I’ll definitely slow down a bit in future responses. The painted beams are a great touch - they add so much character and charm to a space. Do you prefer a certain color or style of painted beams for your home design?
House #2 does have a unique charm, especially with the poker table, but I see what you mean about the master bedroom. It's a bit of a contrast when compared to the other spacious areas in the house. Sometimes, the layout prioritizes common spaces like living or dining areas, while the bedrooms may feel a bit more compact. If you're looking for something more balanced, it might be worth considering homes that give equal attention to both the common areas and the master suite. Would you prefer a larger bedroom in your dream home?
I'm glad you liked the open space in the single-story home! It’s amazing how a well-designed layout can make a single-story feel spacious and comfortable. Even if you're typically a fan of two-story homes, this one seems to have won you over with its design. Anything specific about the layout that stood out to you?
I hear you! Privacy is definitely a big factor when choosing a home, and some of these neighborhoods can feel a little cramped with homes so close together. If you're looking for something with more space and privacy, it might be worth exploring areas with larger lots or more rural settings. Let me know if you want suggestions!
Haha, Jackson definitely brings the energy! His style and moves are on point. Looks like he's got that Rockets spirit! Appreciate the love, and I’m sure Jackson would be stoked to hear your thoughts! Keep tuning in for more fun and home tours! 🏀🏡🔥
In the Houston and Woodlands areas, basements are generally not a standard feature in new luxury custom homes. The region's high water table and frequent flooding concerns make basements less common in construction. Additionally, the local soil conditions and heat make basements more challenging to build and maintain. That being said, some custom builders may offer basements as an optional upgrade or might design homes with elevated foundations to avoid flood risks. If having a basement is a priority for you, you would likely need to work with a builder who specializes in custom designs and can accommodate that request. Would you be looking for homes with a basement specifically in these areas?
Thank you for sharing your thoughts! House number 3 does have a lot of elegance, and adding an elevator would certainly make it more accessible. It’s great to hear that you’re finding houses that catch your eye! If you need any more suggestions or information on homes with more customization options, feel free to reach out!
No need to apologize! It sounds like you're drawn to a more grand style, like the one with the double staircase. Those types of homes often have such a dramatic and beautiful entrance. If you're looking for a two-story home with a grand staircase and other features, I’d be happy to help you explore more options. Let me know if you'd like to see some other homes that fit your vision!
The poker house definitely has a great vibe! It seems like a perfect space for entertaining and hosting game nights. If you're a fan of that setup, I can imagine how appealing it is. Are you considering a home with a similar setup?
You're absolutely right-flooding can be a concern in many parts of Houston due to its flat landscape and proximity to bayous and rivers. It's always wise to look into flood zones and consider flood insurance, especially in areas that are more prone to flooding. Houston has made strides in managing water, but it's still something to be mindful of when buying a home there. Have you had a chance to look into floodplain maps or flood insurance options for the homes you’re considering?
I understand how it can feel overwhelming when you're looking at homes that seem out of reach. But there are definitely affordable options out there, and sometimes a little flexibility on location or size can bring costs down. If you need help narrowing down options within your price range, I'd be happy to help you look at homes that fit your budget better!
In terms of real estate, "cheap" can vary greatly depending on location and personal perspective. For example, what may be considered "cheap" in one city could be considered quite expensive in another. Generally, "cheap" refers to a lower price point relative to the average market value in a specific area. In housing, it might also imply homes that offer good value for money without sacrificing quality. In the context of the homes you've seen, they might not be considered cheap compared to smaller or less upgraded homes, but they may seem like a good deal when compared to properties in higher-cost areas like major cities or regions with more expensive housing markets. Would you consider these homes affordable for their quality and size in the current housing market?
Well that last toll bros home the same house in California is over $5 million so for those coming here it is! But as you saw there are homes in same neighborhood starting in the $300k range!
Yes, the waffle ceiling in the second house is a stunning feature! It adds texture and dimension to the space, making the family room feel both open and cozy at the same time. It's a unique architectural element that can elevate the overall aesthetic of the room. Glad you liked it! Do you enjoy other design elements like this in homes?
It seems like you're referring to House 3 and House 4-if you'd like to share more about what you like about those homes or if you're comparing certain features, I'd be happy to help! Feel free to let me know what stands out to you in those houses. 😊
It sounds like you're looking for a home that has space for a pool, which is understandable if you're considering outdoor living and recreation. If you're looking at homes that don’t have room for a pool, you might want to look for properties with larger backyards or lots, as they can offer more space for custom additions like a pool, outdoor kitchen, or other features. When house hunting, some communities also allow for pool installations, while others might have more restrictive yard sizes or HOA rules. Would you like to explore neighborhoods near Houston where you could find homes with larger lots or more flexibility for outdoor features?
@ I don’t want Houston . I like north . Outside of Conroe . I would like a large lot at least 1 acre . I want a wrap around porch 2300 sq ft split plan separate 3 car garage expanded pool . If you can help that would be great . I will try to reach you
Got it! It sounds like you're referring to House A as your favorite. What is it about House A that stands out to you the most? I’d love to hear more about what you liked! 😊
To all the people complaining these aren't "cheap". Cheap is relative to where you live. I live in vancouver and these homes are steal compared to our housing market. If these are not cheap for you, chances are you live in a shittier place
You're absolutely right! Housing markets vary widely by region, and what might seem expensive in one area could be considered a great deal in another. Vancouver's real estate prices are notoriously high, so seeing homes in other markets, like Houston or Texas in general, can feel like a much more affordable option. It’s all about perspective and comparing the value of what you're getting in terms of space, features, and location. For someone coming from a high-cost city, homes in Texas often offer more value for the price, especially when it comes to square footage and amenities. Are you considering relocating to Texas, or are you just exploring the options for potential investment or a second home?
Thank you for the feedback! I understand how lighting issues, like videos appearing too bright or "blown out," can be distracting. It could be related to how the camera adjusts to varying lighting conditions, especially when moving between darker and lighter spaces. We’ll definitely take this into consideration to improve the quality of the videos. Thanks again for pointing it out!
Great homes- absolutely terrible land , tiny lots, no outside living in those crappy subs, no views depressing, does Texas have any good land or is it all flat dried out ,clear cut crappy subs
Texas is quite diverse when it comes to land and neighborhoods, so it really depends on what you're looking for. There are some areas with large, scenic lots and rural landscapes that offer more space, views, and natural surroundings. For example, parts of Central Texas and Hill Country offer beautiful rolling hills, larger properties with more privacy, and less dense developments. Areas around Fredericksburg, Dripping Springs, and parts of West and East Texas have some stunning properties with great views and open land. If you're looking for something with more land, a rural or semi-rural area could provide better options than developments in urban centers like Houston, where the lots tend to be smaller due to the demand for housing. Would you be interested in exploring homes outside of major cities or suburban areas to find larger, more spacious lots with better views? Let me know if you'd like suggestions!

Glad you loved it! The first house definitely had some great features. What did you like the most about it?
The homes are very nice. I would like to see the backyards and also see how close your home is to your neighbor.

I'll make sure to keep that in mind for future tours. If you have any specific home types or locations you're curious about, let me know, and I can give more details!
I see that you can build a stelvio in Dunham pointe and sienna as well. What do you think of sienna as compared to Woodsons reserve?

I like the third house ❤❤❤❤
That's great! The third house has a lot of great features. What did you like most about it?
House #2 with the poker table, the master bedroom is small in comparison to the size and features of the house.

Pls dose the new luxury custom homes in woodland and houston texas has a basement, pls let me know, thanks
It doesn’t have a basement
In the Houston and Woodlands areas, basements are generally not a standard feature in new luxury custom homes. The region's high water table and frequent flooding concerns make basements less common in construction. Because I'm disabled I like the second house but it's just not fancy enough. The third house is fancy is glamorous it's gorgeous it needs an elevator.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts! House number 3 does have a lot of elegance, and adding an elevator would certainly make it more accessible. Better have good flood insurance. ANYWHERE in Houston can flood. The topography is as flat as a pool table.

Way out of my price range. Some people are just sooooo lucky if they can afford this life style. Not me.
