The Villages of Hurricane Creek in Anna Texas is a master planned community located just 40 minutes north of Dallas Texas. They offer some larger lots than many of the other master planned communities in Dallas Texas.
This community really staring to take shake in the second phase. With tons of brand new neighborhood amenities being built, like their resort style pool, community gym and their multiple parks and hiking trails. They nieghborhood will also have its own school and fire station which is being completed now!
There are 3 different builders with pricing starting in the mid to high 300s going all the way up to just over the 700k mark. And you get a TON for your money in this community. Anna is considered as north Dallas? Any prices like that closer to Plano, like Fairview?

Yeah I make 110k and I can’t afford these type of homes sorry I don’t make 250k a year

@@livinginnorthdallastx that’s bs man I have 750+ credit score , I take home around 7500 a month , if I put 5% down on a home for 375k with FHA my payments would be north of 3k that’s not reasonable for me and my family
