It seems to me like the D-class exploding into white light was more or less her transcending her physical form. It certainly seems to be suggested that she's not physically alive anymore, perhaps a spirit of some sort really considering the electromagnetic activity and flickering lights (standard stereotypical ghost stuff). I can only assume that because of how well the D-class did at singing along with SCP-983, it decided to reward her by not just extending her life, but by essentially making her immortal through her transcendence.

I swear I literally had a dream exactly like this when I just woke up today. It's like 983, but instead of it being a toy, it's an entire playhouse with multiple rooms (like the backrooms, but it's a playhouse with different types of rooms), but when someone enters another room, they start ageing by around half a year. However, they never seem to notice it, but other people do. Also, the staff didn't seem to be affected, despite being human. This playhouse is also inside a mall, btw. Anyways, in my dream, I had my sister in there, and when we went inside, we started ageing. But for some reason, she was ageing faster than I was. Another thing I noticed is that when we look back, they were different rooms that weren't there before. Either there was a new room, or an room that we just exited from changed entirely. I asked one of the staff on how to get out, but he only said that 5 people were only able to get out. I guess I got pretty lucky, because one of the corridors that lead to the entrance was right behind me, despite not being there before. Me and my sister got out later. I know no one's interested anyway, but I'm still posting this. Edit: nvm a lot of people were interested lol
