Wow Video… Best explanation
Thanks Ankur! Glad you enjoyed the vid! ^Jonny
Good information !! Thanks man!
No worries Katraj! Glad you found it useful ^Jonny
Hey Jonny!
Thanks a ton for such a detailed and well-researched video.
Can you please explain what you said at 5:25 again if you have the time? I didn't quite get it.
Did you mean that standalone ATMs in the U.S. can charge hidden fees on top of that 118rs, and ATMs at a physical bank (for example, Chase Bank) will help me avoid that hidden fee, and I will only end up paying that 118rs?
Thanks in Advance.
Hey Aviral, glad you enjoyed the video and found it useful.
I'm referring to ATM's that are part of bank branches, like your example of Chase Bank, these ATM's usually don't charge a fixed fee. So if you were to use an ATM like this then you would avoid any additional fees and just pay 100RS + GST.
Just make sure if you are in America, or anywhere outside of India, when you do withdraw money you decline the conversion and let Niyo & Visa take care of the currency exchange, this way you'll receive the fair exchange rates that Niyo and Visa offer. Do let me know if you have any further questions 🙂 Many thanks, Jonny.
@@Monitodotcom Oh! That clears the doubt. Thank you so much!
You have a new subscriber, btw.
Thanks for the sub, it's much appreciate 🙂 ^Jonny
Awesome video 😊👏👏
Thanks Deval! ^Jonny
Niyo signature debit card life time free or maintenance charges?
Hi Jonny! I’m currently a foreign visitor in KSA. I wonder if we can use the Wise Card here, and also if I can use it in apple pay too.
Hey Park! For sure you can! You can use it basically anywhere that accepts Visa or MasterCard and I've had a lot of people from Malaysia that travel to KSA tell me that they've used the card there. ^J
Also need to enter the passport file no.
Wat abt card swipe charges
Awesome man ! Thanks for this detailed information ☺️
No problem 👍 Blacklight! Glad you found the video useful. ^Jonny
Hi in international withdrawal by free atm transaction do you mean atm within the premises of a bank ?
Yes exactly. These are usually free.
If i carry the card to a foreign country and can my parents load it with INR from India so it can be happen or not sir.....
That's totally okay and pretty much what the card is meant for. Load it up with INR and go spend in another country with no fees :) ^Jonny
After receiving the physical card what if i withdraw the deposit of 5k, will the card still work? Or any penalties charged for not keeping min 5k?
Hey Balagopal. There are no penalties and no minimum account balance for the card. Once you receive the card you can withdraw money as you wish. Thanks ^Jonny
Hi, Thanks for the information.
Can you also suggest, which card to get for international travel for a week?
Debit Niyo Global Card or Credit Niyo Global Card
Hey Manish. I checked out the SOC for both cards, and as far as I can tell they both use VISA's FX rates and don't charge a fee for international transactions. Basically they'll both be the same and it really comes down to whether you want to pay by credit or debit. ^Jonny
@@Monitodotcom Thanks Mate
🎉 thanks buddy
You’re welcome! ^Jonny
5000 rs jo initialy dalne padte hain, kya wo card Milne ke bad transfer kar sakte hain ya cash withdraw kar sakte hain?
Yes you can. ^Jonny

OMG.... I can't thank you enough for making this video for me.😍😍 It is a well researched and easy to understand content. I'm glad you made it.
I truly appreciate your efforts.❤️❤️❤️
P. S. I giggled a bit when you said "aadhar" but don't worry, you pronounced it correctly.😄
Once again, thank you mate!
Love, from India. 🇮🇳
Hey Mahixoxo! You're very welcome, I'm glad you enjoyed the video and found it useful. It truly is a great account, especially compared to other accounts in India, there isn't really anything like it in your country yet so it's pretty cool! All the best and take care! ^Jonny
Do they charge if we use this card on international POS machine at hotel or any shop?
Hey Abhijeet, no they do not charge - international transactions are fee-free. ^Jonny
Hello, if I order niyo card, are they post card out side India? Means, to Europe countries?
Unfortunately no they cannot post outside of India. You’ll need to register and verify your identity with an Indian address and this is the address your card will be sent to. ^Jonny
Ty
No worries!
Hey mate, I wonder if you have plans of reviewing Chase U.K.?
Hey Giancarlo! I hadn't planned on but if you'd like I'll happily review it. I have a Chase Saver account so I'm pretty familiar with it. Is that the account you'd like me to look at? Also do you have any Chase accounts? I'd love to hear your feedback before making my review. ^Jonny
@@Monitodotcom Hey! Yeah that would be super cool if you can. I didn’t know you could have only a savers account with Chase U.K.
I would like to see your opinion like comparing it with Monzo and Starling as I have never experienced having them!
Alright mate I will get to work on it! ^Jonny
I want to book hotel and activities internationally from India. Will this card be a good option? As either hotels are asking for my card details which might not be safe and online payment is adding GST, device tax, bank transaction fee, currency exchange charges 🙄 to say the least. Can someone please give me some advice
Hey Gurleen! Yes this card would be a good choice for making those payments, as they’re international you’ll get a pretty good FX rate and won’t pay any fixed fees. ^Jonny
Can I use this card on my visit to Switzerland?
Absolutely, you can use it anywhere that accepts VISA :) ^Jonny
Will swipe card also charge money in abroad
Hey Med, not sure I understand what you mean? ^Jonny
At 6:30, you say “you can’t transfer internationally”. What does this mean? I didn’t understand
Hey Trishul, no worries. So with Niyo Global SBM you can't send money from India to another country. To do that you would have to use a company like Remitly, WorldRemit, Western Union etc. Basically any company recommended to you by www.Monito.com - Thanks! ^Jonny
@@Monitodotcom if i carry the card to a foreign country and can my parents load it with INR from India
How to deposit 5000rs, can we do this from app or do we need to visit their office or something??

How much time does the card take to come?
Hi Shaurya, according to Niyo and this community forum page (community.goniyo.com/t/niyo-global-card-delivery/9548) the card should be delivered within 6-15 business days. Hope that helps. ^Jonny
6:31 That's not million but 1 Lakhs (1,00,000) 7.5 Lakhs (7,50,000) ans do on. Lol it's confusing!!!
Hey bro
Can I use this card in Kazakhstan??
Hey Lolan, for sure. It’ll work anywhere that accepts Visa - which I’m sure most merchants in Kazakhstan will.
Bro why it's asking for another bank details?
Hey Adarsh. This is just part of the CKYC process and it is just to help identify you. It's an Indian government initiative and part of banking regulation. Thanks ^Jonny
Which is the music in background?
Hey Shreyash, there are a few of tracks in the video - can you give me a time stamp for the one you like?
Can I get free lounge access outside India?
Hry Kirti 👋 Sadly you only get free lounge access in airports inside of India. ^Jonny
What would we have to do if i want our 5000 Rs back which we deposit when we ordered it
After receiving a physical card you can withdraw your money.
Bro, please make video on Fi Money, Jupiter money, and Niyox equitas bank. I am from India, So search and research then make video
Hey Hemant, do you want a comparison of the 3?
@@Monitodotcom yes bro.
Let me see what I can do!
ATM withdrawal not free. 100+GST
And some vlog says there is a charge tcs 5% on evere transaction using niyo global card
Hey Abdul. International ATM withdrawals cost 100+GST, SBM Bank withdrawals are free and you get 5 free ATM withdrawals each month from non-SBM after that there’s a fee of INR 20.
@@Monitodotcom ya I mean foreign currency withrawel
Yup I covered that at 5:27 during the account overview 😊 ^Jonny
Can i use this card to pay for a flight ticket in CAD from India
Yes you can.
Hey ! How to receive back the 5 k deposited??
You can just withdraw it 😊 ^Jonny
@@Monitodotcom yo thanks 🧡
No problem :)
Can you make a Comparison of niyo global sbm vs FI money international cards
Sure Sanjay! This FI account looks really also. I'm taking 2 weeks leave next week but when I return I will make a comparison video for you. Take care! ^Jonny
is this sponsored video?
No it’s not, we just found the account cool so I reviewed it. ^Jonny
The card is absolutely useless. at present, i am stuck in USA. i tried to make payment about 16 times. on 11 times the payment was rejected.
i am constantly following up with the company but still the issue is not resolved. they close tickets raised after a few days.
YOU MUST AVOID THE CARD.
SHAILESH SHAH
Hey Shailesh, what payments are you trying to make? And what happens when you make the payment? Are you sure you have the funds available? Cheers ^Jonny
This bank is really sketchy.
Hey Mohammed, can you tell me more about why you think they're sketchy? ^Jonny
@@Monitodotcom It's parent bank is not a mainstream bank and the banking apps been in beta for a very long time. These types of bank frauds happen in India. The next day you woke up there is no bank and they bribe all the officers and make sure you cannot complain and get your money back. Niyo is a scam they don't even have a working phone number to contact the office.
@@Monitodotcom Though appreciate your efforts on making the video. Btw I'm from India.
Thanks Mohammed, it's good to hear your opinion.
I have 2 doubts, if i convert INR to pound, can i convert it back to inr after some day? Can I pay my international university fees or some other fees( rent to another bank) using this niyo global card? @monito
Hey Sreejith - hope you are well.
- With Niyo Global you load the card with INR and make purchases, you don't convert INR to the necessary currency prior to purchasing. If you make a transaction in GBP, Niyo and Visa will handle the currency exchange for you.
- You can pay your international uni fees or other fees with this card, and it's a great card to use for these types of payments as foreign transactions will be fee-free and you'll receive Visa's exchange rates.
Many thanks, ^Jonny
