While withdrawing money from international ATM, there is some flat fee of 100 Rs but other bank would also charge some charges for using their ATM..how much is that roughly?

very informative.. I got Niyo global card for usage in Europe after seeing your video. I have been using it everywhere . I have HDFC FOREX card also, which i don't use cos it supports just 5-6 currencies and then i have to pay % fees everytime to load it. It's just a loot from indian banks. Niyo card is best !!!

Many ppl questions that whether the lounge access is free for card holder and his travel partner too ? As per my knowledge and research the they give free lounge access once in a quarter for only the person on whose name the card is printed, others will be considered as guest and shall be allowed lounge access with hefty fees/cost. lounge access is free for many VISA/Master Cards incl debit and credit cards so you should check with the respective banks if they provide any such lounge free access on their card (SBI signature card does have lounge access). Best way is that to avail the neo card or any new credit card on your partners name so that she/he can avail the lounge access for free.

I have a doubt does this card work in Thailand?when we load money in INR n when we withdraw in that currency will they give same Google exchange rate on that particular day or will it be more like some commission charges while we do foreign currency with local vendors? Ex:1 Thai baht = 2.17 inr n exchange rates vary between 2.33-2.45 depending on d city u live
Like another Forex card, it does not look amount you paid. It will take 2-3 days till the time your exchange rate goes up and you will get the same-day conversation amount. If your transaction is more than 7lkh in a year it's charged to you 5% tax. As per the RBI guideline which is higher than a normal forex card. Normal Forex card charges 2-3%. It is just like 1 coin 2 side.
Does this card give lounge access to one person per card or more than one person per card??

You have talked with them a lot on Customer Service. Does that indicate ki there are a lot of issues ?
not issues but you will need to use support for country specific queries for any card hence a lot of queries, but their support is responsive. Have used 2 countries.

You don’t need to link. It has its own savings account so you have to transfer money to that one !

Don't rely on niyo global card solely, keep a standard bank debit card in your possession with some amount in it, because I have faced difficulties with niyo global sometimes,...

You have to check. Every card provider has a list of lounges that you can access. Check in that list if there is any lounge at Munich airport.

no lock because you are loading INR in your Niyo account. when you transact in a foreign country then only it gets converted.

No nothing
Just put money in your niyo account as you normally put in any Indian Bank account
And when you withdraw or swipe in any country
It will automatically get converted without any forex charge
It's best part is 0 forex charge and also atm withdrawal rate is only 100+ GST while other have atleast 125 + GST
