It was amazing. I have arguing all week with ppl and telling him that they are about to be reminded why he's the GOAT. That they were going to see how good he actually is when he's truly motivated. But I was speechless at his easy he made that look. He walked him down, pressured him from the jump and the instant Gane threw a real left hand Jon slipped it, grabbed him... took him down, got to a good position and made him quit. The expression on Gane's face said it all. I really was confident that he'd get it done, but I thought the first couple rounds would be a legitimate fight and he'd have to dig deep and just become more of a dog than Cyril. What we got to witness was nothing short of greatness. There is no more argument about who's the greatest mixed martial artist of all time.

I think there’s a couple of true threats. Aspinall when he’s back, Stipe of course, Pavlovich has insane boxing power and Blaydes simply being a super hw with dominant wrestling. I think they all have flaws that Jon can exploit, except Aspinall. That guy is the truth. Shame he had a freak injury 30 seconds into his last fight.

    • @xKayNee

@@bdof1 I think Jones will win against Blaydes, but at least he will get to test his striking. Jones also runs through Pavlovich, especially if he does his wild haymaker stuff. Glad to hear someone say Cyril wanted out - that was definitely what I saw. It seemed like if he had an injury we didn’t know about, we’d have seen other signs beyond just tapping. I think it’s hard for MMA people to say that, because they don’t want to be disrespectful. As far as I can tell, the only way to do it is by talking about how powerful the other guy was. I hope whatever happens with Bones and Stipe lasts longer though. I want to see how the weight gain effected his cardio… and how his power translates into heavyweight.
