@@rockstartrey that only works if it’s Noa Bright doing it and he’s elsewhere during this games story. So sorry, no Bright Slap ultra power up for you.
I got through this last night. When we got to THAT flashback sequence, my jaw dropped. It was clearly where most of the budget went, and damn if they didn't succeed in immersing you in the moment. It's literally the most intense thing I've ever seen VR do. For that alone I gotta call this a success and can't wait to see future projects use this kind of technology and immersion in vr.
It's not bad though. But, you gotta have the funds to drop for a VR Headset+Game. I see this as more of a Gundam advertisement for VR owners rather than a definitive Gundam experience.
@@GundamExplained I can definitely agree it's more an advertisement than a game, I have played a good amount of VR titles and thought about how awesome a good mecha vr game would be, but knowing how Gundam games usually are some other company is probably going to deliver on the VR mecha experience I'm hoping for first.
>Set in UC 0096 >Zaku II and GM is still being sent to combat Pffffft I get it when they're still being used in Toronto base because the Zeon remmants lack of budget but using 2 most outdated MS in space!!??
Wish it was better combat just feels like a boring turn based combat game, like it’s VR let us swing the beam saber around with our own combat patterns and flow😂 I’m not buying into a VR movie
Man honestly I w8ll say yes vr nice and make the fane look really good it would have being better it had both controller support and vr at the same time
You can. Someone just has to make them. Have you heard of VR chat? There are a lot of fan recreations of different games that you are able to walk around them some of them are even games
Combat was bleh. I have to admit that the dialogue and general story was extremely weak. Especially from Gundam writers. I don’t recommend. It reminds of that first Batman VR
I dislike how they keep taking you out of "play" and place you in cutscenes most of the time. Some cutscenes could've been done while you were still in control. Perhaps I'm too spoiled by the VR games we already have.
Yep , and they even said the player will experience the whole story from player POV , over advertise already , from 5 minute of the combat i seen here , it s just a glorify on rail shooting like house of the dead.
I want to see one thing in this game. Being slapped for not following direct orders

Awesome to hear the high praise!
I really liked it. Kind of a sad ending, but the experience was really good, and I definitely want to see more like it.
Awesome to hear some positive takes!
Very good, Adam!👍🏿
Thanks man!!!

You're welcome!
ngl I thought if/when Gundam gets a vr game it'd be...good? hopefully down the road

This reminds me of "VR Met" from System-∀99 ∀ Gundam.
Super play 😊

Maaaaan I wish VR tech was better 😅😂 I want to experience Gundam and Yugioh worlds

@@MrLordbeavis not to the degree I want them to though lol. I need it to be immersive not quirky and cartoonish

I agree, this would be my critique as well.
But watch the end. There's a game mode that is very combat focused.
The game mode and gallery mode is very good. I do hate the blacked out loading screens
