Yes the big wheel can reduce the comfort. Also it can damage the other expensive parts like Suspensions and Racks. Best comfort rim size is around 15 inch with average profile tire (with good cushion to absorb bumps and potholes on the road.).
Quality? Huh.. What happed to the Start button 30:29. This car drove more than 168K in past 10 years. It's got fake mileage on odo. Also you can't compare this with Allion/Premio bz they are compact sedans under 1695mm of width. (check Japanese tax catalogues for JDM models )
