For the lazy cooker (like me)...New Braunfels Smokehouse in Texas has pre-smoked and cooked fresh meats. The flavors are amazing. They ship anywhere CONUS in a few days packed in ice. Their ribs and brisket are very tasty and all you have to do is thaw and slow cook them in your crockpot.
