I disagree. The newer videos are speeding up his voice and jumping too fast in the edits. It's messing with the vibe I've always enjoyed from Malcolm. Please stop doing that.
I've said it before and I'll say it again... I would NOT want to be looking inside Malcolm's rectum at this moment, he no doubt has anorectal cancer from all the meat he eats. Malcom's anus would not be a pretty site.

Love the new smokehouse. Before I cook anything I make sure to look up if Malcolm has a video on it. Everyone thinks I’m a pit master but all I do is follow your directions 😂
I thought I was the only Person who did that!!And he has never let me down yet on nothing I have ever Cooked!!Malcolm is the Goat of Smoking and Grilling!!!
Just tried this and WOW! The mop was perfect, ribs were perfect, texture was perfect, the result was perfect. You have taught me so much over the years, and I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. Please keep showing us how to “BBQ Right”.
Malcom is a marketing genius. He knows how to nail the BBQ essentials all while using his products. Throw in a dash os charisma and he has you hooked. How can you not love this Man
I'm not going to lie.... I have done a bunch of charity cooks and cooks for my local fire department and this man has taught me everything I know! I owe him a thanks to developing my style of cooking! I have been watching him cook since the first of his videos!
Another great lesson. Have watched Malcolm for a few years. Started in that breakfast nook to now a professional presenter in a professional set. Well done Malcolm. Enjoy every one of your videos.
I’ve been watching you for a long time and you have made me a better pit master and cook! I love the new smoke house. Congratulations!! East Texas guy here, so I appreciate the Texas style items you do, but I also appreciate the bbq items I won’t normally find in my area. You also use every type of smoker and you have something for all of us. Keep up the great work Malcom
4.09am here in Australia and waking up to a rib video by the big man himself bout to get my day started right! So happy to see your success over the years mate, cheers.
I did these the other night with baby back ribs. Skipped the italian dressing part. First time making ribs on pellet grill and they turned out great. Thanks!
Great idea on the mustard binder helping with the contrast of rub vs. meat and making sure you don’t miss a spot! I hadn’t thought of that. Seems I learn something new in all your videos! Thanks Malcom!
I gave this recipe a try yesterday on my pellet grill, and it did not disappoint! Probably the best ribs I have ever made. The texture was perfect. Very tender and juicy, with a great bark. I do not think I will be wrapping ribs in foil ever again. This is the way to go. A savory favor with a nice touch of heat from the Hot bbq rub. You do not need any sauce with these. Keep them coming Malcom. You're the GOAT!
First of all, I absolutely love the outdoor kitchen/smokehouse!! I want one myself!! Secondly I really enjoy the content you put out there for the rest of us here, I learn something every video!! Thanks Malcolm!!
I'm sure I speak for a lot of people with this one. I'd love to see an inside / outside walk thru video of that smoke house. Keep doing what you're doing ya'll. Best bbq channel on the tube by far.
Malcolm I have watched many of your videos, not only do I learn a lot, you're pretty entertaining. I started with the Weber BRITU and everybody loved those, but I am always experimenting. This and your other rib recipe, I'm going to try both. I'm waiting on all the sauces and rubs. I think the timing is perfect.
I just want to say since I started using your rubs they have become my absolute favorite to cook with even over something like meat church. The quality and flavor you get is bar none and you can’t beat the prices either. I use your brisket rub on pretty much everything and it never disappoints!
This place looks amazing. Needs some acoustic dampening via some clouds overhead to soak up that room ambience and some panels here and there for reflection dampening. Congrats Malcom and thanks for all the knowledge
Wrapped my ribs in paper on the Fourth of July for the first time. Best texture of any ribs I've made. Nice and moist with just the right amount of give when pulling away. Will be wrapping them in paper from now on. Thanks !!
I just wanted to say thank you. I have learned how to make the best ribs EVER! I mean they are so good that my brother's girlfriend loves my ribs, and she doesn't even like ribs. Every bbq I'm the rib master because of you. I have even had people pay me to make ribs for them. once again thank you.
Sweet and Savory new smokehouse you have there! Hope you will still entertain us longtime fans on the patio once in a awhile still...lol. Keep up the awesome stuff you do my man!! I need to get down to your neck of the woods and do a smokehouse cook/crawl!
Smokehouse looks fantastic. I've said it before but going back to your first videos to now shows an amazing transition and improvement. You deserve all the view you have, and more! Also, the stalaCtites are on the Ceiling and stalaGmites are on the Ground.
I love the teaching he gives in his videos but I can’t stop watching until he tries what he cooked LOL! Malcolm loves smoked meats probably more than I do.
"It ain't fallin' off, but it's hangin' on".... Malcom is LEGEND. I gave up on the offset smoker and bought a pellet grill since I could never maintain temperature with wood logs. Malcom shows us a lot more skill, for sure. Great video.
Wont let me love the video so it's a like for now!!! I have started wrapping with butchers paper and have loved the results thus far!! Ribs, butt's and brisket!! Thanks for all you do!!
Malcom Love the smokehouse!!! Terrific place to shoot some video and the breeze to boot. Ribs looked terrific. I love my Outlaw Smoker, I am sure you do too!! Thanks to you and your wife for many many great videos!!!
Looks awesome Malcolm! When we get home from our big road trip I’m all over the butcher paper. Like that Blanton’s and Buffalo Trace on the back bar too!

Great video and love the new smokehouse! Please keep doing the full length videos because in my opinion they are so much more entrusting and educational than the short tiktok style format videos.
Little bit of an echo in that new smokehouse Malcolm. Anyhow, congratulations and I absolutely love the content. Have been a fan and viewer for years, and really look forward to all of your content.
Great job Malcolm love that new SMOKEHOUSE, thats how I like to do my spare ribs in butcher paper as well. Gonna have to try mopping them instead of spraying for better flavor. Awesome vids as always.
It's been fun watching the production value improve over the years. Congratulations on the upgrade! You've earned it.
It was time…. Meat Church and others have been there for a while….
Right? This video looks VERY professional

You’re the best Malcom, and I’ll tell you why; it’s the way you explain every detail, and the reason for it as you cook. Congrats on the new digs too!

I changed from wrapping in foil to butcher paper several years ago. I much prefer the bark. 👍
