I actually learned about the crocodile tank from the comments! I wasn't aware of it's existence, but I was aware of the M67. Placing the flamethrower on a rotating turret would be a nice idea... placing it on a rotating turret on a ship and torching a small wooden boat... even better.
I haven't thought of that. This was actually a very quick attempt to check the feasibility of a LEGO flamethrower. I quickly modified a vehicle that was already assembled (my dam climbing vehicle) and used materials that were available at my house. Now that I know it works, I'll try to build a safer version (no aerosol canister ready to explode), with different fuel and try to mount it on a boat!
