Thanks a lot! I'll try to do what I can, at the moment I don't have anything to "fix" on it. But i'll probably do some motovlogs in the near future, when the weather is decent.

How to set the chain tension? What is the distance from rear swing arm? Thank you. Thank you for your good job, helped me with a lot of jobs on my er5.

Sorry for late respons, chain tension should be between 35 - 40 milimeters or 1.4 - 1.6 inches.
It really isnt about how far to rear swingarm, it's the travel distance from the center of the chain while you put tension on it.

This is a long shot, but you wouldn't happen to know the inside diameter of the fuel line coming off the tap on the ER-5 would you?

No, i'm sorry, what are you looking for?

@@MLWAM i was hoping to fit a simple on/off petcock tap after the stock vacuum tap as i have heard that the factory one can fail and flood....
Trouble is there are quite a few different sizes! I've been told today the hoses are 5mm inside diameter, so i reckon the 6mm tap will be fine ;)

      Hey JXRD
I'm running 106/17/42 the DID 520VX3, hasn't had any problems with it so far.
Hope you'll find yours, my ER-5 is from 98', I don't think they changed for later models.
