    Such a pretty view!! We really enjoyed our meal with y’all in Perez Zeladon. Nice breezes and that beautiful mist rolling in!! Something we could definitely get used to. Tell Rebecca, Nikki and Manny we said hello!!

    Very strange that I haven't been getting your videos anymore...

    • @UNBRIDLEDLivinginCostaRica
      @UNBRIDLEDLivinginCostaRica  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      That is strange....but if you make sure to comment, I think that will make a difference to the TH-cam Algorithm. I know you do comment from time to time, but try to comment....on each video even if you just say Great Stuff....
      And of course...hit the notify button, but sometimes that doens't work???

    Hi Allen, was coming back to Puerto Biejo from Limon airport and passed an empty mini-golf joint and thought of you!!

    Beautiful video Allen. Learn something new everyday-we have actually been just into the Perez Zeledon canton as the Savegre River forms one of its borders. A very, very special place in Costa Rica.
    If I was buying land in CR here would be my checklist:
    Attend the Relocation Retreat
    Retain a good lawyer
    Have my host "Tico Brother" make the initial contact to anchor the price and not get the Gringo price
    Hire Allen to visit the property and oversee the entire building process

    Great video! Why not share the asking price? Super curious

    • @UNBRIDLEDLivinginCostaRica

      if I did share...then maybe some people wouldn't download the PDF, and then have the ability to connect with the Realtor. If people are serious about buying...property eventually, then they can easily download the pdf and have the ability to connect with a great person who can help them. Hope that makes sense.

    Hi Allen, does the spring have a concession already to legally access the spring? I hear it is difficult to attain, perhaps?

    • @UNBRIDLEDLivinginCostaRica
      @UNBRIDLEDLivinginCostaRica  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hey...go watch this video and pay CLOSE ATTENTION at the 12:10 sec mark. A new law in Costa Rica eliminates the need for a concession for the artisian spring.

    , you know as well with internet marketing, you have Q&A one week, then the next nothing ? and they you and Michael had a fight and cancelled the show, then you started back. wow, do you have a schedule thats locked in? love your show. just want more consisteny.

    • @UNBRIDLEDLivinginCostaRica

      You do have a good point, but to help you understand a little behind the scene...
      TH-cam is NOT my job, or my business. I do it purely because I enjoy helping people and sharing what I have learned in Costa Rica. So I don't have a set schedule.
      On the other hand....Micheal does a LOT of videos...but TH-cam is his job. That is how he makes money and that is his living.
      I make my living with other things and TH-cam doesn't pay me much more than peanuts.
      However, I am considering doing a Q&A every Sunday...just because of what you explained. A lot of people do enjoy it and it makes it nice if they KNOW it will be a consistent day or time.
      My thought is...having a Q&A every Sunday can get OLD....FAST?
      It's usually the same people and I think they might run out of questions.
      What do you think?

      @@UNBRIDLEDLivinginCostaRica Your building a Brand and tribes of friends, with more people leaving their country, subs will increase, and many will relocate their, = $ many are leaving countries because of policies, you need a clear vision and have faith. a good blueprint marketing strategy. be that mentor, leadership, give them guideness. most are lost out there. ;-)

    Question,
    I need 2 septic systems put in at the house. Do you know of an honest company? Both bathrooms are on opposite sides of the house.

    We are coming to CR by the end of the year from Croatia with a small baby. Landing in USA, getting an RV and will be parking it on our land there which you will find for us. I am regenerative permaculture veteran at 49yrs old. Will contact the odd couple and Emma in due time. We really feel like we are living there already thanks to your help.

    • @UNBRIDLEDLivinginCostaRica

      So glad I can help… Most definitely…I know Emma can find you the right place if you want to live in the Perez Zeledon area….a regenerative permaculture place would do here in this location.
