Very smart to use Google maps to give us a route tour before actually riding down the same trajectory. Excellent! It'd be helpful if, as you're showing the ride, you voice-over what the weather seasons are like there, road conditions under heavy rain, traffic patterns and driving habits of the locals, how easy is it to get road-side assistance, how easy is it to get to a bathroom or gas station, etc.
I really like your videos. Very informative. We are in the process of buying a place in Platanillo and I learned a lot about San Isidro, Tinamastes, and the area from your channel! Also buying a dual sport bike and have been riding for over 30 years. Hope to catch you for a ride some time. Cheers. Costa Rica is so small...that you'd have a hard time finding expat groups for certain areas...and most of the expat groups on FB are so full of negative people....I hate it. So we created our own Members Only group. NO NEGATIVE people and trolls are kicked out like the plague... Currently we are several hours in the mountains above Buenos Aires...CR. So...we are very remote. It is...but it is NOT the Same. When we do a Tour video... a LOT of people want the REAL-TIME version. They want to see and feel like they are taking the trip and know the actual time it took to do the tour. Then we put out an edited version which is what you see today. An edited version, I speed up some places and point out areas of interest.

Yes, Tinamaste is a great in between place. High in altitude and only about 30 min to the beach or 30 min to San Isidro.
