Brendon Jye I actually said it’s not the fastest vehicle I have 😉 My family car is a forged Subaru wagon running 1.7bar of boost (bwaaaa choo choo choo) and my get me to work daily is a Honda Super Blackbird. The bike is quicker than the mini, but the mini is way more fun!
Back in the day I had a 1979 1275GT Mini, over bored to 1340cc with twin carbs LCB exhaust etc, that seemed fast, this looks insane. Good job 🤟

This is bringing bk some good memories. Used to have a bell nose mini with an MG turbo engine swap, nothing like that tho. Smiles all the way. If you've never drove 1, u NEED to. Literally a go cart for the road that goes where u want it to. Love it 👊🏻👌🏼

I had a Rover Mini 1000cc for my first car 18 years ago and this makes me want another as a project now. Nothing handles and makes you smile as much as these little classics. Top motor 👍

Jamie I’m not going to lie mate I like the fact you watch the dash to see how quick it moves, sometimes a car can feel quick but until you watch them gauges move you can get a good concept of how fast that thing moves!

Yeah, my first rad was too small and the car would overheat on track, this rad is massive and was a real pain to fit! But it works brilliantly

Finally, been waiting on this since I found that guys channel a few months back. Should be interesting to see if the speedo was fixed and the car has any grip otherwise it'll be a fun ride lol
Speedo is still the same but I have a bit more grip now which is the important thing! :)
@@VtecTurboMiniGuy Yea I wasn't far off with a 4.8 prediction, I think its possible under perfect situation but hey, its all about that 3rd gear by the looks of it. I was surprised there was so much head room, I'm 6.5ft ish and I had huge issues fitting in my mates old school mini back in the 90's, I'd sit on the back bench with my legs up on the front seats like I was giving birth lol
@@TheKruxed Im sure the car could go quicker, but its a delicate balance that I have not mastered yet. I hardly ever launch the car on public roads and I built it more for pulling power. I should have gone in to third but it would have still wheelspun and changing gear would have made my time over all slower possibly? My seats are bolted about two inches off the floor lol
