I almost thought you had called it quits. So many of these streams you find are the epitome of beauty. By proxy, you give us a chance to walk them along with you. Thanks.
that looks like a nice trip. i did one kinda like that when i was young in 1974 when i went out west to california for several months and got a lot of rainbows and dolly vardon trout in very remote creeks and lakes up in the mountains. i'm in my seventies now and would like to do it again before it's too late. you have something nice going on, good luck.
Sorry to be a pooper, cuz I really enjoyed everything about this quality vid....cept watching you handling every fish out of the water. How many 12" rainbows do we need to see out of the water and in you hands...to get the idea? Would rather see you cradle em' in the water, either in the net or not.
Drew, I just want to say that I appreciate what you do and you sharing that with us youtubers..... I'm a 70-year-old who moto cam's on his BMW moto cycle And travels the back roads of my local states disperse camping and fishing. I don't like crowds unless I'm with my family camping but generally I'm solo and I carry both my 9 foot 5 weight and my 7 foot 3 weight. Most of your videos you share the states and so forth but Have you ever GPS your coordinates 2 share with others that may be traveling? As I said be at 70 I am trying to be as active as possible and as much as possible and until I can no longer ride motorcycles I'm going to go as far as I can and do as much as I can in remote areas. Anyways, I commend you for your travels and you do diligence and sharing with us and also I commendyour wife for just the relationship you guys have and you being able to do what you do. I've been a subscriber for quite a while so I'll just keep following you and if you care to share with any coordinates I'm out of Southern California but I travel to Arizona quite a bitand this upcoming year after my hand surgery next month I will be traveling North to Utah and Idaho and try to do the complete trip up to the border and back down PCH on the way home for sightseeing. Sorry for this long text but I just want to share with you, Thank you

So jealous of the way you catching fish right next to you. My local streams and rivers mean that the fish see you before you even see the water most of the time.
Glad to see you are back on the road. I can’t believe you haven’t run into a grizzly in your adventures since you are fishing deep in prime grizzly country. It’s probably just a matter of time, so make sure you keep a can of bear spray on your hip.
The LIFE. You've got some of the better fly fishing videos out there. For me, I think it's the sparse on-water commentary and talking to your camera which always feels a bit weird to me. I'd much rather feel in the moment fishing water with you and hear your comments edited in. Tight lines! Can't wait to follow this series.
I was hoping to run into you at here in western WY. The other day I was fishing on a river and a huge bull moose snuck up on me while I was tying a knot. He was 30 feet from me.
How much would I have to pay to get the spot!!😂 I did some fishing today in a creek about half the size of the one you were fishing, I was hoping for some brook trout but couldn’t seem to get anything. Thanks for the video!
Always good when Drew shows up in my feed.
Heck yeah! Drew!!!Glad to see you come across my screen!!
Drew loves to come all over your screen
I just retired last week after 25 years as a LEO. The release of your journey could not of come at a better time!! Keep it up.
Glad you're back at em!
I almost thought you had called it quits. So many of these streams you find are the epitome of beauty. By proxy, you give us a chance to walk them along with you. Thanks.
Never...just couldn't get away last summer bc of family commitments...2 girls in high school, activities etc...real life stuff lol!

Great stream, looking forward to heading back my old stomping grounds of Idaho next summer.
Another great vid, Drew. They were stacked up like cordwood in the first run you fished. Good stuff!

I was sitting at the bar in extreme northern NH , talking with flyfishermen about this channel a few nights ago.

good to see you!
Thank you sir. Perfect trip.k
Awesome vid! Glad you are back. What color/size pat’s were you fishing? I never have luck on that bug and think I am tying them too big.

Perfect Stream
So jealous of the way you catching fish right next to you. My local streams and rivers mean that the fish see you before you even see the water most of the time.
Nice video, little talk and no background music except nature itself. Thanks for sharing

He's BACK
Dang water so clear. I'm wanna catch some trout n raise them for dinner
Moose encounters are scarier then bear encounters. Very unpredictable.
Sweet. 👍
Where is this specific fishing site? It’s gorgeous out there.
Beautiful spot! Colorado my guess?

Opening shot, Good Stuff Yup...
Do you ever keep any of the fish to cook/eat?
Hey Drew, what’s the logo on your shirt that’s partially covered by the strap? Kinda looks like the Dally’s logo. -Kevin
Nah was a costa shirt
I was hoping to run into you at here in western WY. The other day I was fishing on a river and a huge bull moose snuck up on me while I was tying a knot. He was 30 feet from me.
did the moose get bothered by your presence or did it leave you alone?
How much would I have to pay to get the spot!!😂 I did some fishing today in a creek about half the size of the one you were fishing, I was hoping for some brook trout but couldn’t seem to get anything. Thanks for the video!
Almost Tenkara fishing. I do often the same in similar circumstances.
Your fly line?
Sa amplitude infinity
How do you find places like this?
perfect
You never know what you're going to get with a moose. Most of them could care less, but every once in a while, they get aggressive.
If there was a stream this clear in Michigan people would pay $100 an hour just to stand and gawk at it. And FISH it? $1000 an hour!
Should eat these trout. Very tasty 😋
Glad to see you back! Love your videos. Can I hide in your fly box next time?
