Unless you've gone through extreme challenges in life, you have no idea who you are.

It depends on what those challenges are . . . Coz there are those who just stay for the sake of staying . . .

Once you cheat physically; it’s a wrap for me. Can’t come back from that ultimate spiritual, mental, emotional betrayal- besides the pride; it’s just too much with all the intrusive thoughts: Knowing all the effort, energy and selfishness it took to put your body into another’s and exchange vibration, energy, chemicals… Not to mention risking partner’s wellbeing and children’s future. Unless they themselves volunteered this information (and who the heck would EVER do that) it’s usually the offender remorseful they got CAUGHT and not true repentance.
Men want to trivialize “meaningless sex”- it ALL has meaning, they are just better at discarding someone physically atleast. There’s always the stain left behind.
Gotta just break it all the way off and everyone start anew (after profound therapy of course)
