Yeah, even tho the Horde basically exterminated the Night Elves at Teldrassil, and wiped out most of the Alliance Army at Lorderon, we need to stop the war to get some trolls we might be able to trust... if their problems don't kill us first. Also Allies have the Vindicaar that could just wipe out Kalimdor if they wanted, why do they need a few boats?
Umm. I'm pretty sure I did a quest where I evacuated most of the tree. And besides; have you seen Stormwind lately? All the Nightelves have been setting up camp in the fields and farms. You hardly "exterminated" them.
Saimeren, the horde slaughtered through the Night Elf settlements and burned down Teldrasil. In the lore, the remaining population of night elves is said to be "in the hundreds". You also didn't evacuate most of the tree, you evacuated less than 50. Which I guess is quite a large percentage of their remaining population. I'd say that counts as "Basically exterminated" if all but a few hundred of them remain in the lore.
Give me a link to an official source that says that their numbers are in the hundreds. Also my quest counter for the evacuation quest was 999 which means that we saved at least a thousand if not more. We fought Azshara's followers who wanted to give her our ships, but it seems there will be something more in Thros (basically the underworld) possibly connected to Bwonsamdi as he uses the same constructs Gorak Tul created as guards of his temple-thing.
Now that i see this again it is really an example of what similar the trolls did face 16.000 thousand years ago i think (since they are older than night elfs as a race which i asume some will take it as a lazy writting or just like they were able to see this similar event on screen.
In a way the "evolved" version of the trolls cause of the well of eternity but after that they have become different as a race from what originaly were but still troll origins in the end.
Yeah just like how Legion was the Burning Legion expansion and there was a ton of Fel and Demons in the Emerald Nightmare. Oh wait, there wasn't... It's clear that the first part of this expansion is getting our allies and gaining their trust so we are stronger when it becomes all out war. I don't know about you, but if the Horde came to my continent and killed an Old God that was going to destroy my kingdom, I'd trust them. I didn't read the quest text, but this is pretty obvious just listening to the voice acting that you can't skip.
Doesn't really matter anyway. Regardless of what happens and who dies the factions aren't going anywhere or changing. So its kinda pointless to have a "War to end all wars" as Sylvanas would put it.
Recent dev interviews suggest a big change in factions or at the very least the way we perceive factions. Hopefully they'll get asked to elaborate more on those comments at Gamescom.
No. Brann Bronzebeard calls us to come investigate. When we landed on Nazmir we saw what Blood Trolls were up too, and with Brann we go into Atal'dazar, Underrot, and King's Rest to try and stop Zul, and he leads us to Uldir.
As if it wasn't obvious that Rastakhan is being set up by Bwonsamdi... Rastakhan sure seems underpowered for supposedly being given Bwonsamdi's power; almost as if Mr. Loa held back or something. 😉
Bwonsamdi is a neutral force who serves himself under the illusion that he's helping you (for a price). It is extremely likely he knew Rasta would come for a deal and had no qualm playing both sides. I have no doubt Bwon has also had dealings with Zul and is just squeezing out a good result for himself rather than simply looking to reduce Rasta specifically. Good to have a King in your debt for all eternity, mon. In short, he didn't 'specifically' set him up - he set himself up to profit the most from all the bullshit going on.
Probably because the loa of death borrows and loans power, but can't manifest physically, fight or use spirits as magic (someone probably knows more or has it figured out in depth) . Likely he has a few weaknesses that could lead him to be trapped or separated from his own form... But he's also tactical. He either is part chaos, death, or somewhere in between different kinds of magic as a loa spirit and a magic user. His personality is a weakness, and his strength. Hence the manipulation and deception. Bwonsamdi could be invulnerable, and fragile. And likely is both at the same time. A glass cannon of sorts. With a terrible personality.
Sonfontalody The warlock, as Horde I’d like to think you would know what’s happening in your own Faction’s cinematic.(Going off of what you wrote) Also my comment was meant to be taken sarcastically with a grain of salt.

We fought Azshara's followers who wanted to give her our ships, but it seems there will be something more in Thros (basically the underworld) possibly connected to Bwonsamdi as he uses the same constructs Gorak Tul created as guards of his temple-thing.
I don't know what this seal is about (haven't bought the extension yet) could someone explain it to me?
It freed the artificial old god G'huun.
its a kiss from a rose.
Pls Blizzard, give us the music from this cinematic it's so epic !! T___T
Now that i see this again it is really an example of what similar the trolls did face 16.000 thousand years ago i think (since they are older than night elfs as a race which i asume some will take it as a lazy writting or just like they were able to see this similar event on screen.
Night elfs are mutated trolls.
In a way the "evolved" version of the trolls cause of the well of eternity but after that they have become different as a race from what originaly were but still troll origins in the end.
YOU DOOMED US ALL ZUL
alliance vs horde expansion btw
Makes no sense that Alliance does Uldir then, What are they seeking?
I really need to know this one thing. Does Bwonsamdi like apples?
Why oh why can't you make animated series like this....It would be so cool...:( :(
considering the price he had to pay for that power, it seems really underwhelming.
WE HAD A DEAL
*GRANT ME YAH POWAH*
1:37 THIS. IS. ZANDALAR!
was I the only person disappointed when the king didn't become a giant and 1v1 the red guy?
Anyone else getting strong Lion king vibes here
for me this was bugged in game and still cant see it when talk with npc just geting ported to throne and get message awesome in game event
You are too late, Rastamaa... Rastakhan!
why didn't bwonsamdi attack mythrax while he was channeling his attack against the seal?
The deal was only to save the kingdom, not the seal. G'huun being released means more souls for Bwonsamdi.
I’m Alliance, why are the bad guys fighting the bad guys. They’re all bad guys. (Rage commence)
Dakota S as a horde player, I could ask you the same thing
Sonfontalody The warlock, as Horde I’d like to think you would know what’s happening in your own Faction’s cinematic.(Going off of what you wrote)
Also my comment was meant to be taken sarcastically with a grain of salt.
Dakota S oh no I was asking the alliance players the same thing sarcastically as well
Why did Bwonsamdi grant the king "One for All" and why did the king go "full cowl" by first try? xD
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 u serious?
*spoiler* has a photo if the "threat within"
