  • It was time for the second oil change so I decided to do the fuel filter at the same time.
    Oil Part # 68231020AA
    Oil Filter Part # 68507598AA
    Fuel/Water Separator Filter Kit Part # 68436631AA
I get most of my part from MoparWholesaleParts.com

Do you replace the fuel filter ever oil change and roughly how much do you pay per oil change. Thanks

Would it make sense to pull the fuel pump relay and run the truck out of gas before pulling the filter?

Not in a diesel engine. That is why it has the drain plug to let the water and fuel out.

Sorry. Can’t find the part numbers that you mentioned. Thanks.

The oil is really hard to get from the dealer now. I have switched to AMSOIL. As for the filter, I will have to look.

Hey guy with all due respect on a diesel you don't just pull the oil plug and let it drain 5 minutes at least let it drain overnight or longer or you're just wasting your money on oil it has to drip out diesels create a lot of soot and carbon in the oil thank you and God-bless

Don't you have air tools? Or at least battery operated ratcheting wrench?
